Can you do a video on cost analysis and pricing? I’ve noticed zero are doing any sort of math at all and are ok selling food to strangers at a loss which is very frustrating
Did you here about Chevron Deference being overturned? I think this can change a lot of the “unreasonable regulations” surrounding cottage foods and the food industry as a whole. For instance, I’m selling cottage foods because it’s too difficult in my state to start with snowcones and coffee. Most notably the need for a commissary kitchen will make my part-time idea too risky. Being able to use a shared kitchen like caterers would make sense and I have less risk for contamination since I won’t be using the kitchen gear like they do. I think that’s an unreasonable burden and stuff like that might get changed if people petition and challenge these rules
