I've been meaning to share a physiotherapy session on here. I'm happy that I was able to share this experience in particular. It was my first time to do blading and needling. I've had similar experiences with acupuncture and ventosa massage. Never have I done the blading before.
My physical therapist, Kimmy, was thorough in explaining how each part of therapy benefits my body. She even said that my threshold for pain is high during the needling.
In the end, I felt my muscles relax and there was relief in areas that I wasn't even aware that I was tight in.
