A question, my dear brother, please, is it necessary to install two USB ports on the computer, because I bought this device from Egypt and only one cable is attached to it, a USB 3 port, the other port is Type C, and the other port is a 5pin port on the letter Y, which is installed on the DVD. With this device I only managed to see photographs putting on a cd.never managed to watch a movie because installation was a nightmare I never achieved to do it successfully,so at the end I throw it away on the garbage 🗑️ and watch my movies on my DVD on my big screen television 📺.No recommended this device..on my previous experience,hope this helps you.return it if still you can.

I am agree with you, mine only work to see some pictures on a disc,to see movies doesn't work.i see my movies on my television 📺.
