    How many station..I count 12 I think..Can you tell me in every station what muscle we work..for example first plyometric for (quadriceps femoris muscle)...

    how many rounds is this circuit for each player ?

      Oskar Napora usually 2-3 sets of 20s/20s with 3min rest between series
