Salam, If the outer surface of the wall is something on which it is alright to do tayammum, there is no objection to that. It is correct to make tayammum on pebbles, sand, clod, dried clay or anything which is considered as earth, such as gypsum or limestone is correct.
There is a difference of opinion between the schools of thought. The ب in the word فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ connotes the meaning of "part" when it is prefixed to an object according to the Imami school of thought.

Salam, if the turbah is large enough to strike both hands then you can perform tayammum with it. You do not wipe the feet in tayammum

I watched several videos and still don’t know how to do tayammum on my foot. It has a bandage on it and the doctor said not to get it wet.
I had water but one small half bottle! And my dormitory water pipeline is lacking somewhere so no water....
