Because up to this point, Nintendo hasn't given Waluigi any type of special ability like how Wario was used for being the strongman in this game. Pretty much same reason why Daisy isn't in any mainline Mario game. They have to come up with some type of gimmick for him or otherwise he'll never be in a mainline Mario game.
The video quality is amazing. I noticed the sprites in the original King Bob-Omb fight were really smooth. How did you make this possible? Was it a filter? Or what combination of graphics did you set on your monitor?
For the Super Mario 64 boss battles, I played them on Nintendo Switch with the 3D All Stars system. I used a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 along with a MClassic. For Super Mario 64 DS bosses, I used the same setup with the Wii U Virtual Console. I don't use emulators except for Nintendo's Virtual Console. I use now an Elgato HD60 S+ but when I did all the bosses for all 3D Mario Platformers on the video below, I played them except Super Mario 64 DS on their original consoles. ruclips.net/video/iQX6UmDyfYE/видео.html For Super Mario 64 on the N64, I used a Super 64 EON along with the MClassic which does a really good job improving the frame rate and making the picture quality not too bad.
I think you miss an important character in the chief chili fight so if you use glitches to get in as Yoshi you'll see unused dialogue for Yoshi and for King Boo it's nothing you need hacks in order to see King Boo's dialogue I think

You forgot chief chilly with yoshi.
I decided against adding in Yoshi simply because you tell technically have to glitch your way to have him fight Chief Chilly. Same with King Boo.
