+ Medachod Funny thing is that she does get new clothes eventually in Puyo Puyo 4 (the one that looks like a cool Mage knight), and her current outfit in the cartoony modern games.
In twentieth anniversary, she says that she has still worn the same thing for twenty years. So, I do not think that the last Compile game is considered canon anymore.
Also, given she is no longer an adult, that should mean something, too, as she was in Puyo Puyo~n. Also, I did always prefer her as a child anyway.
So Puyo Puyo *7* counts 15th Anniversary, then...?

Medachod wait, how old is she currently? I thought she was still like 16 in yon, or at the very least in her late teens. They never really tell the ages of characters from the fever, or suzuran eras. Hell, even the Tetris characters and ally and rasifol from Chronicles. I just assumed that all of the puyo characters at this point, save for a few, are all teens now. I know for a fact that Risu, Maguro, and Ringo are middle schoolers, Suzuran Junior High. Everyone else, I have no idea. Meh.... sorry this was really long...longer than it shouldve been

Not trying to insult your skill, but are you using a savestate or does your brain really work like this? I can never get the hang of the tactics+speed
Depends on the video, my earlier dated videos (~2013) may have been done with some form of save stating - more modern videos tended to be one-take. Most of the strategy with chainbuilding is mostly have an idea the sort of colour pattern you wantto aim for, and manipulating the drops you get to make sure they fall into place.

This game has a very conflicting message. On one hand, you play as a girl that Satan himself has a crush on, suggesting you are even more evil than he is, but on the other hand, then ending is about rejecting Satan.
Well she has nothing to do with him, it's a one sided affair. Pretty much the same thing with Inccubus, though he's just perverted.

Just An LPer According to Compile documents, the Puyo Puyo game is actually a magic battle with Owaino, which requires 4 or more colored energy to be powered. The Puyo are the fuel for Arle and other characters to attack.

Japan is quite a bit more relaxed on things like that, the game has never technically left Japan till the 3DS, and then the Switch. And on those consoles, it remains untranslated. The 3DS version is the arcade version, so the characters don't talk to each other like they do in all other ports outside of the Mega Drive version (which is a straight port of the arcade game with no extras).

you mean the bottom centre at the start of every match? That's the type of nuisence puyo that will be dropped for that match - so yes, it affects strategy a bit.

Because of the quality, the music that played when no ho ho appeard didnt sound evil. When i decided to play this game on my own, i heard all the notes. Which made the music sound very evil and kinda creepy.

Its usually referred as "Area B" but also called "Floor 2 and 3" Its here on RUclips. Keep in mind, the other versions (especially Super Puyo Puyo 2 Remix on the SNES) Do not play this version, this is the only version of the song that is unique so be sure its the original Super Puyo Puyo 2 and not "Remix".
