So true! Personally, I felt like I actually made friends with the characters. Like, as I went through the series and got to know each character with their personalities, their feelings, their loves and hates...every once in awhile, I'd be like, "Oh God, Tam Tam, don't cry!" Or, "oh...sh*t, Dyson's gonna be PISSED!" just because these characters really make you feel like you're there being a part of the gang!

Bo is such a bi icon and this show gave such fantastically respectful representation in a time when that was so rare ❤ so much love for this show and your portrayals in it
Lost Girl, Wynonna Earp, and Motherland Fort Salem have my favorite actors, all of them loved their shows just as much as the fans did and it showed in the acting, and chemistry on screen.

IM SO GLAD THIS WAS RANDOMLY SUGGESTED TO ME TODAY!!! I ADORED THIS SHOW! Sadly didn’t discover it until after it was over. I discovered and binged it on Netflix sometime around 2011-2012. WISH THE SHOW WOULD COME BACK!

You two are my favorites from the show. Thanks for doing this. You are absolutely right about the casting, EVERY SINGLE person on the entire series was perfectly cast. Just superb.

When I first watched lost girl I was coming into adulthood not really knowing much about myself, and being a closeted bisexual this series really helped me love who I am because sure my sexuality is a big part of who I am, but there is so much more to life and the world than that piece. Lost girl did a great job with that and the character development of Bo Dennis, from "killer" to the chosen one. The confidence and strength was and still is inspiring. This is giving me all the feels...And I'm so glad that RUclips remembered that I'm obsessed with Lost Girl after all these years and brought this video to meeeeee
Anna thank you SO MUCH for hosting this podcast. You, Zoie and the whole cast are amazing! You've probably heard this a lot, but as a bisexual woman, this how is so important to me. And as a fan of fantasy I just love how unique it is. The lore, the stage design, the wardrobe. Everything. I just finished watching the series for the 1st time a few weeks back and I'm so glad these videos exist. They're gonna be my fix for now on. What came to mind when I first read the episode title all those years ago was the movie It’s A Mad Mad Mad Mad World. I’m so excited for this podcast. I truly loved this show.
Truly a gorgeous Video of great friends, Zoie and Anna, and then Rachel, taking us down memory lane. I really loved this show, and it enriched my life greatly.
I am from Kazakhstan, and we don't get shows like this in general. I am so happy and excited to watch the cast's commitments today. Lost Girl taught me SO MUCH, supported me through my late teens, and generated so many role models to let me pull through the hardest parts of my life. I love you guys. All of you that made it possible. I've been re-watching the series constantly. I am willing to pay more to access the Lost Girl series easily.
Okay, having reached the end of the episode, I'm convinced that Anna got that sound effect board and created the podcast so she could use it on a regular basis. 😂
I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve seen and rewatched Lost Girl! Started seeing it when I lived in Brazil, and I absolutely went crazy with the cast chemistry and Queer representation. No labels and a genuine faemily vibe between cast, writers, producers & fans is what made me fall in love for Canadian culture, which later on made me move to Toronto. Unfortunately wasn’t able to attend any ComicCons or have a chance to meet the cast in person, but LG changed my life in so many ways! Accepting myself, believing that friends can have stronger bonds than family and that love can make you more powerful then anything! I miss you all so much, and forever will hold dear in my heart the sisterhood between Bo & Kenzi. You were the sisters that anyone would want in life! ❤
I am so glad that you decided to this, Anna! I am huge Lost Girl fan and I’ve missed seeing all of you so much! Wonderful introduction of Zoie! I was nearly bawling myself 😊
Oh boy, Yes! Enjoyed this so much. Great way to launch. Thank you for continuing the magic, memories, humor and heart of Lost Girl. It beats in our hearts, too.
I just found the podcast a few weeks ago, I am currently playing catch up with work and dealing with an impending relocation. I am enjoying it! Sincerely you need seasons for each season, and then some. I did a rewatch about 6 months ago. I usually do one every year, a year and a half. Please, keep putting them on I know more of us are going to find it. Lost Girl fans are legion, and very very loyal
OOOOhhh how late I was to the party.... And how beautiful to hear that intro!!! They were a ship I never expected to have, but a few moments into the first episode and here I am, hooked for the past 13 yrs and rewatching them regularly for how much I like them!!
I started watching Lost Girl when it first came out and have rewatched it a couple times since as I've introduced it to friends. Having this podcast is such a delight because I get to rewatch it yet again all while learning more tidbits about the show and bts! What a great first episode!!! The perfect guest to start off with too. I love this show and look forward to watching and listening to these episodes!
I remember finding this show at a time in my life where I questioned everything about who I was, what I was doing, where I was going. My personal life has always been a sensitive subject for me, but it is shows like this one that make people like me feel so seen. These beautiful women portrayed their characters flawlessly, and I am thankful for their courage to provide us with such a wonderful on-screen romance. Love this ❤️
This show was my gay awakening in 2016 😄🥰 The nostalgia and the emotions I feel every time I watch Lost Girl are incredible. I remember searching for Lost Girl in our local DVD shop, but I was only 14 and still too young to buy them. So I've only watched it on RUclips and waited until I turned 16, but then the DVDs were gone. This year, now 20 years old, I finally bought all the seasons on Amazon and already watched them twice 😄❤
I am so happy that I came across this video. I’ve missed the series and felt so exhilarated during this podcast. Thank you so much for putting it together and trust I will be a faithful viewer.
Why am I crying right now?!?! I had no idea I needed this but I absolutely love it because Lost Girl will always be my favorite show. Thank you Anna and Zoie for this first episode can’t wait for the rest!
I love this show. I just watched this show last year i think, so its a little bit fresh in my mind. I LOVE Anna and Zoe so much. Anna is so cute being mushy. Ok I kinda want to see a british Lauren.
It was gut wrenching when I heard that Lost Girl was ending 😢 The show was so good & (no I'm not fae or other worldly) mirrored so many elements of mine & my friends' lives. Seeing the kinds of representation in the show that were there was groundbreaking for many of us. I don't think there's been anything like it since. Come back to us!!!
my heart jumped when you said six seasons, I was so excited 😭 oh well🥲 your show got me through the roughest time of my life, and it was so precious doing a rewatch now and connect with that comforting feeling💗 so happy to have found your podcast!
I can’t believe I’ve just found this. Just started rewatching Lost Girl and now I get to watch along with you all!! So happy ❤️ The Doccubus reunion is too much for my heart oh my!
The chemistry of this cast is a dream... you can tell they loved working together and i sometimes wonder what was scripted and what was not. As a bi myself...excellent representation. I love that there were no labels established. Ppl were just ppl in situations.. trying to survive with a make shift family that worked better than their actual messed up families. This show epitomizes Friends are the Family you choose. Also, Anna brought a warmth to this character that on paper sounds horrid (i mean literal soul sucker)...but you cant help but love her on screen..esp that relationship with Kenzi. This show was an experience..and all cast members did justice to their roles. Thank you so much.❤❤❤
You both are incredibly talented and SO good together ❤ in the show. I’ve watched the entire show a few times and each time I love it more and more. Thank you! Is there any chance for a reboot? 🙏🏼😃
I'm so excited for this podcast! Lost Girl has become one of my favorite shows ever since the day i caught it on tv by mere luck. Cannot believe i'm experiencing this with the rest of the fans. Plus, the welcome to Zoie, omg, the feelings!!! so glad to see you both. And on the note: Anna, please, share the secrets of that Fae-Ageless treatment.
I'm so happy I found this in my YT suggestions. I went back and started the show from the beginning about two weeks ago (already up to Hale being instilled as The Ash in S3). So many incredible memories, but having to wait six months in the US for the show to be distributed was agony every year. In the end it was entirely worth it! Now Google Play or YT need to make S6 available for sale, so I have the full series at my beck and call again! hehe Thank you Anna, Rachel, your crew, and upcoming guests for reviving all those good times from behind the curtain! (Doccubus for the win!)
Finally caved and jumped on this crazy ride a few months ago after hearing about it from the Wynonna Earp family. Just about finished watching the series so I can watch these without being spoiled. Thank you to everyone who is part of this, for giving the fans a different perspective into your experiences.
Just started watching this series this year!! Discovered it through Wynonna Earp! Just as expected, this series is so so good!! Still on season 5 and can't wait to finish it!!! Love the Lost Girl family! 🖤🖤

I loved this first podcast episode!
my heart jumped when you said six seasons, I was so excited 😭 oh well🥲 your show got me through the roughest time of my life, and it was so precious doing a rewatch now and connect with that comforting feeling💗 so happy to have found your podcast!
I can’t believe I’ve just found this. Just started rewatching Lost Girl and now I get to watch along with you all!! So happy ❤️ The Doccubus reunion is too much for my heart oh my!
My favorite show of all time.
Thanks for doing this!
I love this show so much.
I have missed this show so much! Great seeing you both again. 💖💖💖
Thank you Anna and Rachel for doing this and for the cast for helping with this project… this series was sooo good!
Now Google Play or YT need to make S6 available for sale, so I have the full series at my beck and call again! hehe
Thank you Anna, Rachel, your crew, and upcoming guests for reviving all those good times from behind the curtain! (Doccubus for the win!)
Love you bo 💙 Lauren. lots of love from INDIA 🇮🇳
Finally caved and jumped on this crazy ride a few months ago after hearing about it from the Wynonna Earp family. Just about finished watching the series so I can watch these without being spoiled. Thank you to everyone who is part of this, for giving the fans a different perspective into your experiences.
Best show EVER!! 💜
