    Best intruder alarm system ever. Reminds me of when the penguin steals the diamond from the museum from the museum from Wallace and gromit and sets the alarm off!!!

    What a great collection. Can I have some advice on how about i get together a 90s system. Is there anywhere in particular I can get an old system? I love the Apollo Pir. Also.
    Would an old system if I could get one be fitted now these days to a house or would I get lots of issues with a old system. Although some old systems was made to last and in some respects a lot more reliable than today’s systems.
    Thanks
    Chris

      Well the best way to find an old 80s/90s system is probably keeping a close eye on eBay, as old stuff does come up for sale fairly often.
      In regards to fitting an old system in a house, I’d say go for it, the only reasons why old systems tend to fail or cause issues is becuase they’ve been installed for a long amount of time without being serviced.

    Maybe give Bentley a call regarding the manual, I rang them on got one for a keyswitch panel. Failing that I’ve got a f133 manual I could email to you? It might be identical or similar programming to mine etc

    How many alarms have you got

    • @mrsecurity
      @mrsecurity  2 года назад +1

      Too many 😂 a lot are packed away so it’s hard to count but I’d say about 60 bell boxes, 10 alarm panels and about 50 PIRs plus some other bits and pieces

    When you set off the tamper alarm, it sounded like it was making two different electronic tone sounds, how is that done?

    Hi, ive just brought a house with this Bentley symphony two alarm system installed and the owner has not left anything for me including a code.. absolutely nothing..can you please point me in the right direction on how i can contact the provider or get a manual? Is it a wired in alarm? Im looking to get iy completely removed but dont know where to start 🙈. Thanks

    • @mrsecurity
      @mrsecurity  Год назад

      Yeah they are quite an old panel now and I’d highly recommend removing it - anyone with minor electrical knowledge could probably decommission and remove it.
