SHOULDER PAIN - try a tennis ball or racquetball or plastic or glass bottle - lay flat on back with knees bent - place ball onto painful area - move hips to get the pain level from the ball to a 5 - hold still until pain goes down to a 3 or so - repeat - move ball to next most painful area - repeat - moving the arm on that side across the chest or above shoulder will allow access to more of the trigger point - doing this will allow you to enjoy South Africa more - less pain - more enjoyable life - good video

@Kalus Saxon he has to change tyres.... its part of the programme.
But yes... he could of had different suspension, but that involves testing etc... which he or the team probably don't have time for when it's a 1 off event for him. Spend their time and effort focusing on the bike and settings that they need for the championships/events that he is fighting for the win at

They allow you mechanics who can MOUNT your wheels, but you have to peel and mount your tires. Doesn’t make sense.
While you are in SA I'd love it if you went past a snake park or hung out with one of the local snake catchers in the Natal area. It'll be an eye opener. Sadly not much to do with bikes, just something different for a change that'll keep the heart rate up. You know that in Natal there's the green & black mambas among others. But those two are common.
