I love the name and the purpose of your journey! You're an even braver man for working in a white shirt! It's also nice to see I'm not the only man on the planet working with kids in tow! I will be full timing in mine too in the uk when mine finished! I found the drills own branded bits are rubbish too so I bought some from a tool store and I have used three so far, they last much longer! Great video and I will look forward to the next! You're doing a great job!
Thats awesome that you will be full timing in the UK! To be honest I wasnt sure how popular rv'ing (or caravaning according to the Top Gear I have watched) is in other countries. So far I have only found youtubers in the US. And kids do make things a little more interesting! The want to help with everything and I try to include them when possible and safe. I appreciate the comments and would be great to see your rig too!
@@MillerGarage yes kids make things very very interesting...my son thinks we should make my Airstream into a bus station! There is a youtuber called Andrew Ditton who full times in the UK. You can follow me on instagram and add me on Facebook if you like. I post updates regularly. It would be nice to have some friends from across the pond :-) Keep up the great work!
Thanks for sharing your process. Just started reno'ing a 71 27'. Your vids helped with the confidence needed to jump in! Taking out the subfloor and belly pan this weekend. Gotta handful of dewault metal bits for drilling out all the rivets around the c-chanel... thanks again!
If you are doing a lot of metal work and don't need the depth that normal drill bits provide use a center drill bit. They are less susceptible to breaking.

Subscribed great video
Thanks!
Thank you so much for these videos! What kind of plastic do you have covering where that access panel used to be?
Ian, I have a '66 Tradewind and am curious what tires your recommend. I'm about to by 5 and then pull it to home to start assessing what's needed.

Cool, I will check those out. Would you suggest a brand?
@@MillerGarage The Keo's are fine. I would guess a real machinist would have a stronger opinion than me.
