If you are in Canada and want to use one of these, you will need to do a bit of building.
get a 30lb tank ( the smaller one just doesn't have the jam
a high pressure regulator that will put out up to 60 psi.
get the appropriate hose that will take that pressure
quick release on the tank won't work so you are stuck with treaded mounts
I get consistent 2 meter flames at 50 psi with this set up.
How would one of these do in a water feature. Not going to get drenched but would take a splash or 2

Nice looking machines. Are they 110v or 220v? What pressure is the propane regulated to in the video? Looks far higher than standard barbecue grill regulator pressure. Finally, is there a US based sales and service provider?

SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR MAX PRESSURE LEVEL. PLEASE ANSWER. It would be most helpful if you answered the questions when you reply instead of re directing. Pressure is VERY important!
Hello, the valve can withstand up to 103 PSI, and household gas tanks are generally 30-50psi. According to the air storage tank selected by the customer, if it is too large, it should be reduced; if it is too small, it should be increased, but it is recommended to be lower than 90psi to be safer. I am trying to get mine to work. The flame doesn't shoot, it trickles. I assume this is because of the regulator. Regardless, you don't send the needed attachments to connect your pieces to a propane tank. Very difficult to figure out. Please assist!

The fuel of this LPG Flame Machine must be LPG cylinders, and LPG cylinders have various specifications, you can choose according to your needs.
I'm having trouble getting more than a one foot flame out of my LPG fire projector. very small flame, not like the video. What am I doing wrong?
The biggest reason for the spray height is the gas cylinder or machine accessories. If all machines are sprayed very low, then the gas cylinder pressure is low. If only one of the machines has a problem, then the machine has a problem. Specific problems need to provide video to judge

What size are the connectors and hose? I can't find anywhere if they're 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2 inch.

Do you recommend a pressure gauge? I bought these machines but can’t get them to work. They shoot fire up like 2 feet up.
Currently it is not possible to increase the jet height via the pressure gauge, we are working on new lpg flamers that will jet higher！

@@MOKASFX Hello again. I never received a response from customer service. I'm basically looking for the right regulator. I spent $96 on a regulator but it didn't work well. I'm guessing I need a regulator to allow more pressure through. I'm not sure. I do know that my flame hardly comes out and nothing like what is in this video.

Hey, I just bought two of the MOKA LPG Flame Projector Dmx Stage Fire Flame Machine Flame. The problem with your whole setup is that you don't include any information on how to connect to a propane tank. This product needs a regulator. The hose that you included says it handles 0-.2Mpa which equates to 30PSI from what I can tell. So in a comment below, you said it can run up to 103PSI. So if the hose is only rated for 30PSI, you recommend 30-50 PSI you are basically building a product that could cause a major problem. So, please confirm on here for those who read the comments the following.
1.What is the operating pressure to get the flames to the correct height. (A gas grill regulator is not even close to enough PSI to make these work)
2. What is the hose rated for that you supply? The markings say .2Mpa. Can you confirm that this hose is only rated for 30PSI. That is a important fact. If that is the case, you should be telling people to only buy a regulator rated for less than 30 PSI.
3. To switch these over to a safe hose, I need to know what type of connector is used for the quick connect. What type of thread is used on the end of the male quick connect that hooks into the unit? This would allow us to replace the male disconnect with one that can be used with a premade hose. This would be much safer than a compression clamp style fitting which can easily leak or blow off.

Hello, there is no fixed value for the operating pressure of our flame machine to make the flame reach the correct height, but we usually use a pressure of about 0.18Mpa, so the rated power of the hose we provide is 0.2Mpa. Because the maximum output value of a general gas tank after passing through the pressure reducing valve is 0.2Mpa. As for the connector type, you can choose according to your own actual needs, there is no fixed requirement, we usually use compression clamp type connectors.

Maybe you need a pressure regulating valve for an lpg cylinder, like the yellow part at 4:15 in the video.

Can the power switch be set to "on" so that the machine can be controlled by a switch rather than dmx? I guess the question is, what does the machine do when the power is set to "on" rather than dmx?
This is a great question. We have set the "on" button. When the on button is turned on, the flame will spray immediately once the machine is powered on. However, for safety reasons, we still recommend using dmx control.
