And the replayability factor is very high...firstly, you can choose what type of character you play which gives you certain abilites/strengths, can be either male or female, and the choices you make throughout the game give you the option of being a nice guy (Paragon) or you can be a real asshole (Renegade), or somewhere in between. I played through twice and it both instances were great.
@Karash770 no they dont have sex like that During melding, an asari consciously attunes her nervous system to her partner's, sending and receiving electrical impulses directly through the skin. A common phrase used before melding is "embrace eternity," presumably to help focus the partner's mind. Effectively, the asari and her partner briefly become one unified nervous system.
Well, the ending is the same in that you always beat the main bad guy/threat, but the ending immediately afterward is different based on a decision you make during the last mission, as well as decisions you make during your last character interactions.
Strange. I did seven run throughs of Mass effect, six as a Paragon, once as Renegade. Barring my Renegade career and once as a Paragon, I often found my character liasing with Liara the most. It seems, that from his perspective, there was something more to him than a virgin alien ... an innocnet soul perhaps. Argh, what am I bantering on about? ENOUGH!
She looks way younger in this than she does in the 2end and 3rd . I think it could be because of stress . With what she has been through . But her and Miranda are my favorite
@Razragon9000 Liara is 106, and considered little more than a child by Asari standards. she is an Adult, but a young adult. in terms of comparison, Shepard would actually be older than her.

Maybe it's just me, but I freaking love the Asari. First time I saw this when I played Mass Effect I was just sitting there in shock that they actually let me bang an alien in a video game. Shame that Mass Effect 2 showed less...but ah well, I can only imagine what Mass Effect 3 love scenes will be like.
