- I got a little misty-eyed seeing Abigail get her snack all by herself. Proud autism daddy moment. Huge news of upcoming videos on the Fathering Autism channel. Priscilla has been working hard behind the scenes connecting with companies to bring you guys valuable content.
You’re volgs are not boring at all, I found this channel a while ago and trying to get caught up with them . None of my children are on the Spectrum, but ALL OF YALL teach me and I’m sure others a lot, we get a lot of information, and you guys are a great family, funny, and I love all of yalls personalities , I feel like you are teaching us how to interact with kids or adults that we may not have or be around a lot. Love the clog of pots, pans and Priscilla as well , Love Isaiah’s photography as well, that is a great thing to get into!!!!!! Love how y’all show your true selves , having children is just a tough job anyway you put it, but most rewarding!!!!!!
YES!!! Love seeing your daily lives, no matter what you are doing. You become family & I SO look forward to it EVERY DAY!! :-)
Daily vlogs help me be in a different world for long periods of time every day when my depression is bad. It's a really nice escape and it builds empathy and the ability to realize that other peoples lives are just as important as yours and that everyone has different struggles. I have so much respect for people who not only give up their privacy but also spend tons of time and energy in order to entertain and educate strangers.
Btw my favorite RUclipsrs are The Frey Life, Chronically Jaquie, Drew Lynch (Dog vlog) and of course, you guys ❤️😘

I don't think Daily vlogs are boring I watch the frey life (another youtube channel)daily and I watch yall everytime you post one.
But yet I don't have a life. But I live in Louisiana and its mardi gras and almost every store will shut down tomorrow and they did today, so there was really no where to go anyways.
+Caitlin Metker Good to know, thank you! We watch a few daily vlogs as well. I appreciate you putting us on that list!
FREY LIFE 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Exactly the same daily vlogs as me!
I love Frey life and fathering autism
Hi. My name is jade. I am 14 and I am autistic. i am verbal and so many things can be overwhelming. I completely relate to abbie. I especially hate big crowds because I can't filter everything out like every one else. It makes me very uneasy and anxious.
Jade Carlisle I know how you feel I am still waiting to be tested I know a lot of autistic people

@ElevenAlive wow I'm going to try that
I have a new morning routine ever since I stumbled upon your channel. Ive started getting up a half hour earlier for work than I have to so I can watch your videos first. I struggle with depression and getting motivated for work is really hard but you guys put me in such an upbeat and positive mood, your videos are my antidepressants lol. Really though it truly brightens my morning and Abby is so so so cute! Her face, her personality, everything.. she is just adorable and I can't get enough.
Thank you for sharing your lives with the world! My husband and I have been watching your videos over the past few weeks. Our 4 year old son was diagnosed with level 2 Autism a few months ago and our 2 year old son struggles with significant sensory processing issues. We are new to the world of autism , it feels like we are constantly studying for life's greatest test. I've been reading books and articles as well was watching every RUclips video we can find about ASD and SPD . I can't tell you how comforting it was to find your channel. It's great to see a family so humble and loving. We have learned a lot from your videos and we've been using the countdown method for our oldest child. He absolutely hates brushing his teeth and when it comes to hand washing he often zones out and just plays with the water. Over the past few days we have tried counting down the way you do for Abbie and we've seen significant changes in his tolerance and focus during these times. Thank you so much to your whole family and especially Abigail, by sharing these videos you are surely changing many lives
+Oster Fam So great to hear. Thank you for the feedback, it means so much to me that we are helping.
So glad you touched on the topic of training for public service workers who may have to come in contact with special needs children and adults during the course of their job. I recall back when I took my EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) training, there was a chapter in our textbooks relating to the topic!
this guy needs to be popular on RUclips
+chico sanchez Thanks! Hopefully, one day.
@@fatheringautism flashforward 2 yrs.....you are! Hello from California 😆
He’s pretty popular now.
Love your videos and have found them so useful. My friend was recently diagnosed with autism and, although the severity seems very different to Abigail, it's been useful to know all the little nuances of things which might be helpful or even just things I should bear in mind. At first I was just looking for information, but them I grew to enjoy watching your family very much. You're so strong and so committed and so very capable, it's clear to me anyway. Peace, love and kindness x
I love seeing your day to day. You have blessed me with wonderful knowledge. Thank you all.
I love daily vlogs!! I will watch anything you put out. I do not have a child or grandchild with autism ( that we know of yet). But I feel drawn to your family. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family with us!! ❤️❤️😊😊
I’ve been following for a while and would watch random videos that would pop up on Facebook. But recently have been dealing with a lot and had tons of downtime. I decided to come here and start from the very first video and I’ve been binge watching just about everything here. I love watching your videos (even the vlogs lol). Its also a bit helpful since my nephew is a 3 year old special needs child. He was diagnosed with Charge Syndrome. He is legally blind and partially deaf. He isn’t non verbal but he only says some words so far. I have learned a lot here that is very helpful. Just wanted to share that and say thanks for all your videos. I absolutely adore Abby!!
" that is visually pleasing" ahahaha that totally made me laugh pricilla! abby did so well with getting her snacks
Great job Abbie!! That was awesome. Good job mom and dad. I'm so proud of her she's so intelligent!
Daily Vlogs are the bomb. Keep them coming. Abbie Great job with your routine.
Daily vlogs are awesome and great way to feel like we are a part of your life
I love that, 'no one is interested in us daily vlogging' says Asa, fast forward a couple of years, goes from 1K subscribers to 214K. I love watching your daily vlogs. I learn loads. I have 3 friends who have children on the autism spectrum so watching your volgs has really made me appreciate and understand more of what they go through everyday. Priscilla, I always love the outfits you and Abbie wear, you have some lovely clothes and I just laugh at the boys when they are wearing similar outfits and suddenly realise it. Isaiha is also just the most awesome special teenage boy I have ever come across. You must be very proud parents of both your children, and well done with this channel.x
I love watching your vlogs.
that was awesome seeing Abby accomplish so much!
Here in 2020 after watching all of this year and some of last years vlogs I needed more!!!
This video came up on my watch next and Cilla was SO blonde! 😳 Holy smokes! 👱🏻♀️👱🏼♀️👱♀️
Ps I like it, just haven't watched any throwback vids in a lonnnng time lol
It's awesome to see her get her afternoon snack! You guys are amazing!
Thank you, and thank you for watching.
I thoroughly enjoy your vlogs I learn a lot from all of your vlogs .
daily vlogs are not boring. i love your vlogs!
I love watching your vlogs, you always talk about interesting things=) 💓, and I love how you really paint a picture of what Autism is like, as I'm on the spectrum but I don't have classic Autism, so therefore I don't have sensory issues, I also don't have really bad meltdowns💕
Because my disability is intellectual, and if I have the odd meltdown they're always mild, it's just simply a release of pent- up emotion, if not that it is simply just agitation, one or the other and I always feel better after my form of a meltdown, as I've never had very bad meltdowns💓💓
As much as I love seeing Abigail's day to day life, and the way she does things, being taught things too, including seeing her learn and grow, that is my favorite part 😊💗, I also quite like seeing what you and Cilla get up to, and your thoughts on things as well as Autism/ disabilities:)
That being also hearing about what Isiah is up to, his thoughts too etc, I like you all a lot you are wonderful people with really positive spirits! 😀💕💓💕
Especially Abigail, I love learning more and more about Autism, like today I only just learnt and never realized, that people with Autism find it difficult to mimic others at first, I found that very fascinating 💓💓
Anyway I just really appreciate all you guys, keep doing what your doing you're so inspirational 😁
#OneOfYourFrequentResponders/Supporters 😊❤💙💜💚
That hair man. That was perfect hair for TV.
I never thought about issues of my son coming into contact with law enforcement & them or him not understanding the situation... Now I'm going to have nightmares.
1 - To be honest, you are nailing the video topics already. I am always interested in products or technics you use with Abigail. Something someone asked on my channel was about disciplining an autistic child (redirecting, timeouts, etc). That would be something interesting to hear how your family handles it.
2 - Yes, daily vlogs are boring, but I still like them. I watch them because I learn things that people don't think about showing otherwise. Like in this video you did the countdown when Abigail washes her hands. I count down with our son when I think he will get anxious (like waiting for a video to load or a commercial to end), but never thought to do it when washing up.... Boom! Something new for me to try.
I create daily vlogs because I want to get making videos to become part of my daily habit & it allows me to experiment with different types of topics, styles, and types of vlogs
1 - Thank you! I think that would make a good video topic. I'll add it to my list.
2 - I try to add a little value to each random this-is-our-life kind of vlog. Like you said with the hand washing, it seems to peak people's interest.
you rock Abbie!
Your police fear is my biggest fear concerning my adult ASD son who is Black. We all know the police already has bad assumptions about Black men, and often they are not trained to handle the mentally disabled. My son is verbal but he has auditory issues and stutters when under stress. He has never been violent but he has stimming issues that may look like he's swinging his arms. I've talked to our sheriff's office and the best they can offer is to add his disability to his state id. IMO, the license will be an afterthought item after they've shot my child.
You are such an awesome family.😊
Hey. daily blogs are not boring at all. They show how people go about their day, rather than seeing a 3 minute video that you wished would last longer.
+Jade Carlisle Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching! I'll be sure to tell Priscilla she's wrong, lol
Abbie is so clever.
I watch your daily vlogs cause I really do like you that much!
Thank you for the feedback. We like doing the vlogs too.
I love daily vloggers. I love learning about new people and families, which make sense as to why I have a BA in Sociology. I love the authenticity and 'real' aspect of life, so real life appeals to me as opposed to scripted or fake like vloggers. I turn on the TV for that.
No it's not boring. I think it's a blessing and fun to see how other family makes there day fun. Abby is a beautiful girl and she is wonderful. Me and my family would love to be ur all family friends. We would love to be able to send Abby some mail
Great job abbie! you're awesome 😊
I'll let her know you said so. :)
Abbie is so smart!
love videos nomatter content x and well done abbie hugs from uk
Crazy sauce hearing you say, "as we approach 1,000 subs" , almost caught up on you guys since finding you a couple weeks ago. Also, you three should find a church you enjoy and then help them implement a program for special needs. Lots of great curriculum out there, our church pays the teachers, most are ABA etc. You guys could be special needs church planters!
Those jeans look amazing on her!! Where'd you get them?
I love ur all family and I like to see ur all video everyday
I love your daily vlogs
I know when I’m watching an older video by the blond hair and/or the lack of cool blue shades!!! Lol 😎

Thanks for the feedback and thank you so much for watching!
I totally love the vlogs. don't normally but yours are so cool
I should talk to my local law enforcement officers about mental illness and stuff. This is a small town, and I am new here. In my old town, most of the local officers knew about me and my illnesses. I used to have a public restroom kit! I had my own toilet paper, hand soap, a towel, and a can of disinfecting spray. (And to answer one of your questions, I enjoy your daily vlog videos!)
Will Abigail ever be able to speak? Don't know if you covered that in another video. Do the doctors give you guys hope of that?
I love daily vlogs 😍
I'm 14 turning 15 in 4 days and I'm autistic. I love your videos and I love Abigail. Have a good time with her!

Ohh wow i think you are all doing an amazing job with Abbie i am a young girl with a dissability i think you are a insperational family i am from the uk
💕
She watches every day. Sunburn looks painful!
How does she do with younger kids or baby's or toddlers
I am new to your channel. I have a 16 year with down syndrome and Austism. I was wondering if you have done a video on how your extended family deals with autism , like aunt's ,uncle's, cousins , grandparents. Does Abby get treated like same with them as your son does?
How common is that situation involving young people on the Autism Spectrum with law enforcement and the officers thinking an individual's meltdown is deemed to be an act of aggression.?
Tudor Miller unfortunately extremely common.
She's amazing!!! &sooo pretty!
+Rebecca Miller Thank you.
Ok I'm back. Abbie was SO YOUNG here!!!!😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 I need to watch a couple old videos because they are so different and not so 'routine'
good job Abigail!
+Urooj Aslam Thanks, we are so proud of the progress she's made.
You guys should totally meet up with Charles Trippy of CTFxC he lives in Saint Pete he has the world record for longest daily vlog going on 10 years. He has so amazing pups that I’m sure Abbigail would love.
Yes we like u all that much
Bit random but can I ask in what shop do you buy the Kirkland items. Here in the uk we have Costco and you can buy Kirkland in there and their products are amazing.
#MaassSquad
AMAZING FAMILY
What was the GPS tracker you use? I saw it in your Vlog but I cannot find it
I love daily vlogs, can you do a DIL through Abigail eyes
I noticed that you have a special seat in the car for Abigail. How does it help her and you guys?
Robin Lodge Yes, we have a Brittax car seat. Basically it's a car seat for bigger kids. Without it she would climb all over the car while hurdling down the highway. We also use a Houdini clip because she has figured out how to get out of the regular car seat chest clips. Great question.
What made you choose JSA verse a public school for Abbie?
Jessica B she used to be in public school. They have an entire video explaining what happened to cause the switch
I think you and your wife should go out more together.
Im a teen who also has autism except that i dont non verbal i have high functioning
where can i get something to put on my son when he gets outside he loves to dart off
3 years later they are at 559000 subscribers
Love the daily vlogs but also love IG food accounts so maybe I’m the minority?
Do a night time routine
my daughter has autism also but she doesn't have sensory she talks but she still in Pull-Ups
Not sure
Lol
Hi my barn is alexis nethery 15 I have a cut HD
the police need proper training.
washing hands needs to be 20 seconds to be clean
Brushing teeth needs to be 2 minutes as well. It took us years to get her to the point where she would tolerate brushing for that long. Baby steps.
