Advice from an esthetician: very important to note, high frequency is not to be used on someone who has a pacemaker. This is very important! Great tool but important to pay attention to all contraindications. Thank you for mentioning it’s not to be used for pregnant women as well
I have a question, out of all the products she mentioned, which ones do you think in your professional opinion, are worth buying? I'm in my early 30s, worried about wrinkles and skin elasticity but I've never had acne, so I don't have any acne scars and I think at least one of the gadgets she mentioned, she focuses on it being great for acne and scars from acne(I think it's the zappy high frequency one) so is this something I shouldn't bother getting or does it have anti aging benefits beyond the acne and scarring benefits. Sorry to be annoying lol I went to school for nursing so I get how people asking for free advice can be super annoying lol but I also have watched the video several times trying to decide which items to buy🤣

For a more cost effective "beauty pillow" ---- I bought the Contour CPAP Pillow 2.0 at Bed Bath & Beyond for $50 and just put a silk pillowcase i already use for my curly hair on it. This pillow is nearly identical shape to the $200 sleep & glow pillow that's been heavily advertised to reduce wrinkles, but for only 1/4 cost. I try very hard to sleep on my back, but when I inevitably turn onto my side, my face perfectly lays in the cutout space.....NO face smushing!! On top of the skin benefit, I have slept better with this pillow over the past several months than I have in years. Highly recommend trying it out!
The kinesiology tape tip is mindblowing. I have no idea if I can find facial smoothies here in Lithuania, but I'm sure the sports tape is available. Thank you!
I already have the gloves! And back when you first said dry brushing I started doing it, and it changed my ingrown hair life :P I'm so going to buy all of this after I get my own place! They make sense! I've been sleeping on my back for over 5 years now and my laughing lines/valleys disappeared (I had them by the age of 24 I'm turning 30 in two months!) My best anti-aging tool is sunglasses 😎. I wear them outside all the time even in gloomy weather. I just turned 50 and am often presumed to be in my mid to late 30’s. The light causes us to squint so the sunglasses help the forehead wrinkles and crows feet from appearing
My grandmother and my mom used tape, athletic tape, scotch tape in their elevens and Crows feet for as long as I remember. We sleep so much so using something to stop frowning in your sleep is huge.

I know it might seem strange but I love the way peach fuzz looks, I think it's beautiful and the hairs are so refined. I think it's good how it catches the sunlight, it glows.
Marilyn Monroe loved her peach fuzz cause it made her glow. She refused to get rid of it even though her company wanted her too. Random fact no one asked for lol.
Tati thank you so much for being a ray of light. I am having a horrible day. I just got off the phone with my insurance and because my primary did not pay on my medical bill. My secondary won’t either so now I am 1,000 in debt and sobbing because I’m never going to get out of this medical debt. You being such a ray of light on here brings a little happiness to my day 🥺❤️
I have the Nu Derma and I've owned it for over a year I purchased one also for my daughter who is 18 she loves it. I use it twice a day. I use to be a licensed cosmetologist and skin care I fell in love with later. But it's a high priority now.
I've been a huge fan of yours for YEARS now, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your hair! It looks GORGEOUS here, could you show us an updated start-to-finish hair routine, like post-wash to styling and the products you use?
Also just going to blatantly say that yeah, I've cried so much this year. Definitely more than I have at any other point in my life, so you're for sure not alone 💜
I am 39 too. I have been training myself over the years to sleep on my back and without any pillow or thin pillows. I do sleep on the side a little bit. But my face is much leaner as compared to my overall body. I have seen if I do start using pillows or thick ones, my face does puff up
You sold me on the high frequency wand as soon as you mentioned it. I’m 27, and I firmly believe, prevention is the best solution. I already use amazing skin care products. And I use the Gua Sha to massage my face.
I take Halo Beauty Kiwi Seed booster daily. I stopped taking it for a few months to see if my skin would have an impact. My skin was so dry. I started taking it again. It makes my skin feel like silk. My dermatologist commented that my skin has never looked better. I’ve been seeing her for over a decade.
Love this info thanks for sharing. Your makeup looks stunning. Could you do a tutorial on how you did your eyes and colours you used please. Really enjoy your clips thank you xx
I am 55! Just had my b-day on Tuesday. I’ve never had injections. I was blessed with good genetics + I have always stayed out of the sun so that helps too.
The ending...freaking priceless...I cackled and then got asked what I was laughing at. I just laughed more. I needed this video. Thank you, lovely! I hope you and anyone that reads this has had a good day! 💖
Sleeping on your back reduces the tendency to develop hooded eyes. Something about the fluids that settle. Hot and Flashy recommends sliding a wedge under your pillow. I tried that for a year or so but eventually my neck starting getting stiff. It is a good way to train yourself, however.
I think it's strange every beauty guru I seen during the last year shaves their faces. The only ladies I know who shave their faces are the ones who have hormonal unbalancing issues.
Wow 🤩 😮 I can testify about the exfoliation gloves 🧤 I being using them for years and my body skin is very smooth and feel great at the touch. I ordered the NuDerma High Frequency Skin Therapy Wand, hope that was an afíliate link. Looking forward to use it. Thank you for sharing all these tools with us.
Hi Tati. I trained myself to sleep in my back. I was a side sleeper my whole life. At 54 I decided to stop the decolattage wrinkles and face smash wrinkles 🤣🤦♀️. I bought a u shaped body pillow and sleep antigravity style. It took me about 1 month to get used to it and I never looked back.
There is a beauty pillow that is a square and has a divot in it so you can’t move your neck and move your face to the side. If you are using Amazon it is one of the top sellers. And has a silk case.
omg I need this asap i struggle with oil acne large pores whiteheads and blackheads i have used everything on earth and i kind of just accepted the fact this is just how my skin was and their was nothing to do about it. i will be purchasing this thank you!!
Yay, so glad you're trying Farmacy products. I love multiple stuff in their line, especially Honey Drop and Daily Greens. Makeup remover melts anything off.
I was prescribed a pillow by my orthopaedist to help me with neck pain. I used to sleep on the side, but I've learnt to sleep on my back with that pillow. It's very comfortable :)
Re: LED lights… If you don’t have to wear goggles to protect your eyes when using any LED device like the red light mask and ESPECIALLY the glasses, then the lights PROBABLY aren’t strong enough (correct wavelength) to do anything effective, significant, or efficient. (manufacturers will indicate on packaging and should include goggles if they’re needed. But any strength of LED lights can damage your eyes that close and goggles should be worn irregardless- *tanning goggles can work for protection and u can buy on Amazon.*) If eye coverings aren’t needed and they are not the right right wavelength to penetrate skin properly, then they’re expensive, not effective and they’re very likely damaging your eyes… fun! You can look up the kind of light diodes and strength of light/wavelength needed to reach the layer of skin associated with affecting wrinkles and capable of having an effect. Light stim is a good brand that is used in derm offices which makes a small at home device. But RUclips has videos about choosing right one/determines is something is useless. So make sure ur device has that strength and lights designed properly. There’s a ton of masks like that selling for over $100 that just have strips of red led lights all over, but it won’t work at all. You can’t just use any red LED light -it has to be placed in the device in the form of a diode with casement that concentrates and splays light out evenly and to proper depth. Usually it’s a series of quasi-faceted square lights with a bit of a dome shape on top then the lights often have a layer of plastic/glass so skin doesn’t touch lights directly.
I bought a red light LED panel and even with the goggles I feel like i can still see the red. I have to put sunglasses on top or stand a little further away. It is no joke but it’s also one of the brands with the highest potency so you know it’s gonna effectively penetrate the skin.
Been using Frownies for years check them out it works! Also, love the Omnilux LED mask, and just started using Revision Line Relaxer! Anti-aging in progress!! 🥰
I am prone to cystic hormonal acne and the Nuskin tool and the attachments have legit stopped cystic acne in the Beginning - When you feel that inflammation starting under the skin i lazer it with the nuskin and I use strums so it doesn’t burn but it’s literally stopped cysts and stared the healing process. Regular breakouts are gone the day after using. My friends have been asking what I’ve been doing cause I have a glow and clear skin-it’s also helped with fine lines & wrinkles- thank you- I got it in a deal it’s usually 150- I bought the big guy cause I have big reasons.. lol. Ty again it’s saved my skin. I use the silk pillow too- I’m wondering though About the neck- nothing I do tightens this thin skin that I’m uv protecting and my makeup gets brushed there too but it’s wrinkling like crazy. Anything tightening for The neck please recommend. Ty everyone and TATI😘
I had a neck fusion and suffer from migraines as well and Robert Welsh suggested the sleep and glo pillow it has a silk pillow case and is a contoured pillow. It’s helped my headaches and is great for side sleeping and I was never able to before because of my neck 10/10 I would recommend!
I was forced to train myself to sleep on my back and it was really hard. I was getting small cuts on my eyeballs from having loose/floppy eyelids and wallering around at night. It was awful and bit of a medical mystery until we figured it out. I use eye masks now and had to consciously work on laying still and staying on my back; took about a year for it to become unconscious. It can be done tho!
Same. that's why i'm trying to taught my little brother about skin care. He doesn't care but i know he is gonna care about his looks when he grew older.
@Christa Hodges Don't worry! It's never to late. I've only been using ANY type of skincare for the last @18 months. I cannot believe how much my face has changed and I just turned 53. A wonderful channel called Hot and Flashy would be a great resource for you. Angie didn't do anything except worship the sun until she turned 50. I believe she's 58 or 59 now. She looks 20 years younger. Her skin is just beautiful. So go for it! ❤
My mom literally uses medical tape between her eyes for a while before doing makeup. She’s done it for 10 years at least. Moms always know what’s up. 💗
It’s nice to hear you didn’t use Amazon much before. We should all strive to order things from businesses and NOT on Amazon. I don’t use Amazon and it is so important we try to wean ourselves off of Amazon and order products from the products actual websites. It’s a win win. Amazon doesn’t treat their employees well, shuts down small business, and just feeds the beast.
@@theredheadedreseller5236 to their detriment. If the business is profitable enough, Amazon start doing it themselves and squeeze out the small business.
I get what you're saying, but in MANY cases, for the things I buy, Amazon is cheaper, and I'm going to spend my dollars where I get the most bang for my buck, especially now, when the price of EVERYTHING has gone up but my income hasn't. I simply cannot afford to spend a penny more than I have to. Most people I know are in the same situation. We're going to get what we have to get for as little as possible.
One tool I bought about 10 years ago that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE is my at-home laser hair remover!!! Yes it’s kinda pricey, but I no longer have armpit hair or leg hair & it was all done at-home. You HAVE to follow the instructions & stay on track of your schedule using it, but it works & is SOOOOOOO MUCH cheaper than getting it done professionally. The exfoliating gloves are AAAAAAAAAAMAZING!!! I use them WITH my body wash/soap/etc & it’s the best!
I use that high frequency wand too and agree it works and is also my secret weapon. Same thing my facialist recommended it to me she bought it and brought it to my next appointment and it definitely closes your pores and looks really good for people with big pores. I have done my best friend and mom and it worked so good for them. I love you for making this! I’m definitely gonna do the red light mask hair blow dry cause I’m so impatient and never wanna just sit there and do nothing.
had to say absolutely loved Tati’s sense of humor in this video, I found it hilarious! Wasn’t aware there were so many beauty tools available! 😅😶🌫️🤗🎉👍
Sleep and Glow pillow is great. The foam is amazing and side sleeping is doable. I’m a PT and my neck has never felt better when sleeping on my back with it. Pricey though.
I've had a handful of different treatments like LED, microderm, hydrafacial but during lockdowns I got an at home microderm which is meh... I regular try to keep the basics going: retinol, sunscreen, moisturiser, restful sleep and gut health!

Thats what i always say i think its cute and i love how its golden in the summer
@@CARNELIANTURQUOISE my hair is horrible on my face it resembles men's facial hair and yet not a male I'm a natural born and bred female
2020 was killer for me.
Same here!
Oh man :( sending a big hug to the three of you. 💜💜💜
♥️
Same here I know what your saying
Hi Tati. I use surgical tape for the wrinkles and it is very cheap and it works.
I am 39 too. I have been training myself over the years to sleep on my back and without any pillow or thin pillows. I do sleep on the side a little bit. But my face is much leaner as compared to my overall body. I have seen if I do start using pillows or thick ones, my face does puff up
I LOVE the sports tape hack…I’m trying it tonight 💜💜💜💜💜
Stay well and be blessed 🙏🏻💜😃
You sold me on the high frequency wand as soon as you mentioned it. I’m 27, and I firmly believe, prevention is the best solution. I already use amazing skin care products. And I use the Gua Sha to massage my face.
I take Halo Beauty Kiwi Seed booster daily. I stopped taking it for a few months to see if my skin would have an impact. My skin was so dry. I started taking it again. It makes my skin feel like silk. My dermatologist commented that my skin has never looked better. I’ve been seeing her for over a decade.
💜💜💜 happy Thursday to Tati and everyone watching xx
Love this info thanks for sharing. Your makeup looks stunning. Could you do a tutorial on how you did your eyes and colours you used please. Really enjoy your clips thank you xx
Tati, I waited for this video for a longtime. Thank you Love! 🙏❤️🌹
Not only you're my comfort RUclipsr but you also saved me from fillers and Botox. The taping thing has phenomenal results. Thank you ♥️
I am 55! Just had my b-day on Tuesday. I’ve never had injections. I was blessed with good genetics + I have always stayed out of the sun so that helps too.
Happy belated birthday!!
You can make my day with any video you put up. It just makes me feel better to watch you. Have a wonderful day!💞
The ending...freaking priceless...I cackled and then got asked what I was laughing at. I just laughed more. I needed this video. Thank you, lovely! I hope you and anyone that reads this has had a good day! 💖
Yes! I’m an esthetician student and the high frequency machine is my absolute favorite!
Sleeping on your back reduces the tendency to develop hooded eyes. Something about the fluids that settle. Hot and Flashy recommends sliding a wedge under your pillow. I tried that for a year or so but eventually my neck starting getting stiff. It is a good way to train yourself, however.
Great video 😊. I suggest checking out the Plaskin device and Sleep and Glow pillow.
Note: shaving your face is a form of exfoliation! It isn’t for everyone, I have dry, sensitive skin and shaving it really triggered my acne
I think it's strange every beauty guru I seen during the last year shaves their faces. The only ladies I know who shave their faces are the ones who have hormonal unbalancing issues.
@@AngelicVirgo I can see why though. Makeup does lay better on shaved skin
@@eureka7_go totally! The glow I get hits different!
@@AngelicVirgo I have hormonal acne but it did not work for me at all. It instead inflamed the area! D:
Thank you. I was very curious. Your skin issues are similar to mine.
I love this device !! Love the smell and the results !!!!
I’m saving for the Nira next !
Tati... Are you try facial sculpting wand from MDO SKIN By Dr. Simon Ourian? Please made a review!! LOVE U ❤
I'm so grateful for these notifications. You look gorgeous Tati!!!!
I have been very into skincare since I hit 32!😍🤩🥰
I keep eyeing this!!! How do you like it?
Do you like it? 😊
I use that and love it!
Can you please give the exact name as there are so many. Thank you in advance….
It would be great if you supplied the link to this product. Thnx
tati you are an angel omg the breakout wand yessssssss i need it in my life
Tatiiiiiii!!!!! Day just got better!!! Thank you!!!
omg I need this asap i struggle with oil acne large pores whiteheads and blackheads i have used everything on earth and i kind of just accepted the fact this is just how my skin was and their was nothing to do about it. i will be purchasing this thank you!!
Use a satin pillow case it helps not just for your skin but your hair too
I use only satin pillows for the past year, my hair is smoother and no break outs :)
Could you tell us what pillow it is please??
Can you please post a tutorial showing us how you did your hair? I love it!
But any strength of LED lights can damage your eyes that close and goggles should be worn irregardless- *tanning goggles can work for protection and u can buy on Amazon.*)
If eye coverings aren’t needed and they are not the right right wavelength to penetrate skin properly, then they’re expensive, not effective and they’re very likely damaging your eyes… fun!
Without without regard.
That was an infodump. Thank youuu.
I bought a red light LED panel and even with the goggles I feel like i can still see the red. I have to put sunglasses on top or stand a little further away. It is no joke but it’s also one of the brands with the highest potency so you know it’s gonna effectively penetrate the skin.
Ty
@@eh1126 which brand did you buy? MITO?
I have Nuderma Clinical and it's doing wonderful things for my skin! Pores look better, wrinkles are diminished, radiance glowing skin. Love love !!!
Been using Frownies for years check them out it works! Also, love the Omnilux LED mask, and just started using Revision Line Relaxer! Anti-aging in progress!! 🥰
I’m glad to hear the Frownies work-I just ordered them. 😁
I am prone to cystic hormonal acne and the Nuskin tool and the attachments have legit stopped cystic acne in the
Beginning - When you feel that inflammation starting under the skin i lazer it with the nuskin and I use strums so it doesn’t burn but it’s literally stopped cysts and stared the healing process. Anything tightening for
The neck please recommend. Ty everyone and TATI😘
Ahhhhh yesss, i was hoping you would do this one day!!!! Much love, hope you are doing so good!! ❤❤❤
Tati please try the Valentino foundation!!! We want a review!
Cleanlogic (the bath gloves brand) also uses Braille on their packaging and donates to blind and low vision charities! ❤️
What about a silk pillowcase? I think that a great product for the skin and hair!
I wish I had had someone to teach me about skincare at an early age. I didn't start any skincare/sunscreen until I was 38...I'm now 41 🙃
3 years is alrdy so long, hope your skincare is doing well! to many more years
Same. that's why i'm trying to taught my little brother about skin care.
@@crisnemitz1606 I went and followed! Thank you so much! 😊
@@christahodges You're very welcome!
I bought the galvanic dezan uv light device 5 years ago. And my God, IT WORKS. 😍
My mom literally uses medical tape between her eyes for a while before doing makeup. She’s done it for 10 years at least. Moms always know what’s up. 💗
Im soooo happy the you are back!
Love your hair looks beautiful! 😊💕
Ok, listen to this Tati. Travel pillow for back sleeping. I put it over my $100 pillow 🤣 and it legitimately helps me stay in place.
I would love to see a review on the Bobbi Brown Serum foundation!!!
I'm doing an Amazon free Christmas in particular bc of how they treat their workers.
Thank you!! Love this, need more people to see it.
The "real" websites have stores on Amazon and use Amazon as their warehouse/shipping service, just FYI
As a more mature woman, I thank you for covering anti aging and not being the age of 20-30. You look beautiful!
I actually really wanna know what body lotion you use! Your arms always look so smooth!
We love u Tati 💖
"Save my face pillow", petite. Been using it for 10 years, it is excellent! Goes on top of your regular pillow but you can use it any way you like.
I’m only 22 but I’m still into anti aging face tools! I’d want start good habits now to continue and have great skin in the future!!
You want to start young to avoid it
I use that high frequency wand too and agree it works and is also my secret weapon.
Hi Tati, try the “sleep & glow” pillow. It helps me sleep on my back😘
What about Anti Aging skincare, Tati? What drugstore/high end products you suggest 😊???
Medical Grade skincare is best. Skinmedica TNS Essential Serum($310) is the best anti-age product available for the best results.
Super Tati two questions…1- No new pallet? 2- color you use to dye your hair please!
The *bloopers* are always my favorite
The wand i have been using like 20 years ago, it is really good!
