How use Azure Key Vault (Secrets) with ASP.NET Core Web application

Very informative video! However I was hoping to find out if there is there a way of using an Azure Key Vault Secret within startup.cs? I'm trying to use a secret within the ConfigureServices function but am having no luck so far.
