Looks like it could make for a decent mid size medical bag. I like that has all the loop in such an open compartment to place individual compartments where I want, instead of being told where and what size they have to be.
Yeah, the shape and the fact that the zippers go all the way down to open all the way down make it ideal for mounting LBT/LBX hook-backed pouches inside of it and have a solid medic bag.
It’s good for a multitude of setups. I set mine up as a blood bag, narc kit in the top zip No internal pouches, just a golden hour cooler velcroed to the bag, an HPMK-I, and a ready heat folded in between them. I still have space for an extra x2 500ml bags of whatever choice of fluids are needed. The internal zipper admin pouches are excellent for sharps container, chux, extra needles or flushes, and gauzes. Internal mesh pocket holds my casualty reference cards, medication/fluid cheat codes card, NAR BOA band and extra constricting bands as a redundancy, lots of tape. On the outside zip pouch I have the tc3 cards and markers. And the MAP panel has the molle adapter which has 2 glove pouches and a spiritus wide pouch with a small amount of ifak materials. Only thing I’m missing is external gp pouches to carry extra goodies. LBX claims 19L but it seems to pack more than that, and the zippers are crispy compared to the old m9. The 3-day version(28L) is probably better as an aid bag, it’s slightly taller and deeper and it’ll carry a whole lot more than the LT.
I just ordered one of those in Mas Gray. They are supposed to measure 21 inches long inside. Just 8 inches shorter than my LBT SBR Pack. It’s just the perfect range companion.
Ive had this bag. The thing that made me get rid of it was there's no compression whatsoever. If you dont have the bag filled all the way, theres just like empty open space. And if you dont use velcro pouches, your stuff is just sloshing around inside.
