- During the Ferrari Owners Days at circuit Spa Francorchamps, I recorded this beautiful and legendary Ferrari F40. In my opinion, one of the best Ferrari's ever made. The sound of the V8 turbo engine is such amazing.

Engine: 2.9L Twin Turbo V8 - 478hp and 577Nm of torque
Performance: 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) acceleration in 3.8s

Anton Phillipson The Enzo had a terrible transmission though. Too early into the 2000s for a good sequential.

It's an old v8 and you can tell it's very cold out there because everyone is wearing jackets so that's why it isn't sounding perfect but come on people!!! You sound STUPID comparing this to an audi or a focus! Be real

To best appreciate a car's engine sound, you have to rev it. Gumbal has a separate video of just that in his channel of this same car, I believe. If any, the F355 with an all original exhaust system sounds good both while just idling and all the more, when being revved.
100% agreed. Videos of engine sound while at idle and even low revs are really just dull. Sound comes in at the top end for any engine
Please don't break her!!!!!!!!............LaFerrari can eat shit, the Enzo, enjoy being best buds with B Gates. The F40 is the the icon of Ferrari. No compromise, no excuses just pure driving nirvana. I have never seen nor touched one but to change her sparkplugs..... to buff her glossy skin to mirror finish. It would cause me pain to split her head to check her valve seats...
And as for changing her oil........I was just as bad on Tornado, my gorgeous ladies, *sighs* happy times

Love this car. The engine idle sound is terrible. Sounds like pebbles bouncing around in a soup can. Very unimpressive. My '04 Mach1 sounds 10 times better.

My greatest "Car Spotting" of all time is when I was a kid in 1992, I saw this F40, with an old gent driving, and 2 small kids sitting in the passenger seat, cruising up and down this cul-de-sac. I was beside myself! :-)
