It all seems pretty easy... the punching bag you should be able to use your body weight to get it moving with centrifugal forces... probably the hardest part. I DO however see a lead dummy in the corner... in the Marines they make you carry this for like 1 mile or so. You'll have to take turns in a team of 5, basically each carrying the dummy (which weighs in at 220 lbs) almost a quarter-mile using a fireman's carry... I wonder how far u have to carry the dummy here? it's indoors, so probably not far.
@Chris L yeah I did for Fayetteville police department. Oldest i saw besides the instructors was a female she was around 35 I'm guessing but she didn't finish she tapped out before we even got to the bag roll. If you're in good shape you'll be ok. I'm 6'3 260 and finished 3rd out of 10 or 11 people I forgot but #1 thing for this physical test is stamina, if you have that you'll be straight if not you will fail
I was hoping that I wasn't the only one who noticed the pushups. I do chest to ground with perfect plank and then explode back up to full arm extension. 8 Weeks to Seal Fit taught me how a "perfect Navy Seal pushup" is supposed to look.
I'm 62 years old and I laughed out loud watching this. That Ranger should be embarrassed to post this. And those weren't real pushups. What a joke. I'm still shaking my head. Where is the sitting in the truck, or the drinking coffee test.

Those… those push-ups don’t count….
They should invest a little more time in learning about the laws and civil rights. That is where they are really lacking.

Well hell he’s trying. It’s not like they hunt down violent fugitives daily.
GTH Tim Hobbs
