I'm facing same problem since 2017. I was charged 9.43% of interest rate by Bank of india. Bank Manager said we have applied for subsidy in every financial year but government is not releasing it. I received some amount of the subsidy in 2021 but that was not sufficient. I urge the government of bihar to release subsidy one time so that we don't get suffer.

I'm also from 2017 batch and this is also happening with me with same fundamentals and Loan criteria.I would like to say thank you to Keshav that he raised this voice and I have an appeal to the Bihar government to stop cheating us in the name of loan. This is not a help for us, now it is proving to be a noose of hanging.please help us.

आप EMI ही मत भरिए और जब कोई बैंक कर्मचारी आए तो उनसे बोलें की गारंटर से पैसा वसूली करो। फिर देखो साकार खुद चल के आपके पास आएगी । फिर deal clear करो।

You have to pay, there is no solution on this incident, I tries everything but end of the time nothing happened. DRCC employees said talk to bank, banker said you have to pay, finally I am paying my credit card loan, no hope from anyone

मैं भी इस समस्या से प्रभावित हूँ ।बात ये की जब स्कीम एक ही है तो ब्याज दर अलग अलग क्यों है।ये सिर्फ चुनावी वादें है जो हकीकत कुछ और निकला।उस वक़्त कहा गया था लोन लें ब्याज की चिंता न करें और अब जब B.tech के बाद भी कोई जॉब नही है उसके बाद भी ब्याज चुकाने का दवाब बनाया जा रहा है अब तो मानसिक रूप से भी परेशान हूँ कुछ समझ नही आ रहा है क्या करूँ?

कभी मत लेना ये लोन 45000 लिए थे b.ed में और 2 साल में ही 75000 से भी ज्यादा देना पड़ा ऊपर से बैंक मेरा क्रेडिट स्कोर बिगाड़ दिया अलग,अभी मेरे पास जॉब है 3 साल से तब इतना मुश्किल आया अगर जॉब नही होता तब क्या होता अभी कुछ दिन पहले मैं बैंक गया बाइक लोन लेने, बैंक वाला बोला कि आपका क्रेडिट स्कोर बहुत खराब कर दिया गया है अब आपको कोई लोन नही देगा, मुझे कोई भी बैंक क्रेडिट कार्ड भी नही दे रहा है जबकि मेरे पास सरकारी जॉब भी है😢

I'm also facing same problem. Interest should be charged after 5 year. Zero interest should be charged till the degree completion + 1 year.

Sir मेने 2018 बैच डिप्लोमा में स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड ईशु करवाया है। जिसमे लगभग 1L + का लॉन पास हुआ । मुझे फास्ट किश्त arounding 47000 के पास मिला। लेकिन मैने सैकंड किस्त के लिए नही अप्लाई किया।
1 क्या मुझे पूरे रुपिया देना पायेगा
2 मुझे तो DRCC ऑफिस से ही मिला मेने कोई बैंक जाकर लॉन के लिए नही अप्लाई किया।
3 क्या मुझे भी 10-11 present का इंटरेस्ट चुकाना परेगा

I'm also from 2017-2021 batch. I've same problem. Government should stand on their promises. Because, this is becoming a big burden on student like me, who belongs from a lower middle class family.

Same problem is happening with me also , I have taken BSSC in 2017 now Bank is charging their own rate , I am paying EMI of 3500 which will land me paying upto 8 lacs , but the loan was 3.50 lacs only....

Same things happened with me .. I can't pay money on bank intrest because Bihar government give money on 4% intrest so why we give intrest rate 9-13 % ?.

मैडम मै सुपौल जिला से हु मेरे घर पे बैंक वालो ने नीलामी नोटिस जारी कर दिया है। कोर्ट से और drcc के हो या बैंक के कोई सुनने को तैयार नही है बैंक वालो का कहना है लोन बैंक दिया है सरकार नही ।

हमारी आवाज उठाने के लिए बिहार तक को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद ।
यही स्थिति मेरे साथ भी है बैंक बार बार फोन करके हमे और घरवाले को धमकियां देते रहते है कि लोन का पैसा दो हमे कोई लेना देना नही है कि तुम बिहार स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से लोन लिए हो। मेरा भी 5000 रुपए के आसपास ईएमआई बंधा है और ये कुल रुपए लगभग 10 लाख के करीब हो जाएगा जब मेरा emi खतम हो जायेगा ।
मैं 2016 में लोन लिया था.।
Maine bhe education lone liya tha 4 lakh ka but bank se settlements 1 lakh 20 main kr deya punjab national bank se....bhi tu bhe yahi kr my total profit 2 lakh 80 thousand or main 2016 batch ka hu

Same happened with me. If loan has been sectioned through the student credit card scheme provided by government then they must have to take the responsibility. They must have to give the subsidy. It is completely injustice with us. We need to raise our voice and take stand on this matter anyhow. If not now than would be never.

My daughter also taken aducation loan from bank as per student credit card scheme in year 2017. But bank is taking interest as per bank rate.

This is a direct injustice on the part of Bihar government to the students who are not financially strong. It is a shameful thing.
Generally, after the elections, the leaders forget to listen to the problems of the people.
