Season 5 is underrated imagine if Chevy and Donald were still on the show and it had more episodes
I understand why chevy didn't come back. There were multiple stories of him being a nightmare to work with. Chevy even said himself that he didn't like the show. Though his personality did match pierce, so it did kinda work out

always amazes me to see the difference between actors and characters. you can really see the energy they put into the characters to make them pop out on screen compared to how normal they really are :)

Honestly I love the 5th season. It’s my second favorite after season 3.

Seeing Jeff take on a teaching role in Season 5 with some of the guys there just gives me a feel of growing up which in itself was a great experience. I would love the school parts to go on forever but we all gotta grow some day and it was done very well.

That just means you’re streets behind
I like s5. I wasn't jazzed about them basically resetting Jeff and Shirley. Jeff being the "was a lawyer, but no more" and Shirley's "I'm a divorcee... again" felt like retreaded material. But the episodes were good, overall. And Hickey was a good addition.
S6, I could do without for most of it. There are funny parts, but the Jeff/Abed dynamic looks... damaged, especially in "Basic RV Repair and Palmistry". Until the end, that is, and the finale is what truly saves the season for me.
