Study in Steel

This 1968 film shows the (then) latest production methods in steel making together with the basic chemical changes which take place in the transition from iron ore to steel. Special steels and the use of automation for production control, chemical analysis etc. are seen.
This film was used as a BBC2 Trade Test Colour film.

And look at it now, gone, thanks to useless governments. I used to watch these films as a kid, they got me into engineering.
