Erik, you have done a really beautiful thing not just for the owners but for the community. Speaking as someone who is disabled and still mows his lawn, they should consider selling. That yard is huge.
@@OutdoorswithErik That's sad, in my neighborhood they charge $60 per week for a 1/4 acre lot. They work in teams and finish 2 lots in around 15 minutes. I'd say they are contracted with about 80% of the neighborhood. They are making really good money.
Why move they can get a surveyor and sell of the extra land. Today that is a massive piece of land and the upkeep major. Once your property is fully paid there is no moving you can't afford a bond which you will not get at your age and paying rent that's stupid.
I think the owner and the neighbors couldn't believe their eyes when they saw the transformation. You are amazing! I really like you and I think I'm not alone!!! Thank you for such an experience, which I will not see soon! You are a golden person!💯👍👍💯🌿

Dang! That scraper rake attachment does such a nice efficient job! Using the front claw scooper thingy works well to to push the debris, pick it up, and rake as well! Dang good investment!!!

The women can push mower the grass and trim w an straight gas, battery or electric trimmer. Use brush spray or home remedies. The owner could Drill a hole in the cut off trees/stumps and pour in some kiill potion or paint on a kill potion. Help those who need but teach them how to maintain it, also. *I see a goat, I think? they eat foliage and poison ivy, etc.,... Great video will the way around.

The trouble is that when things get away, many people don't even have a clue as to where to start, but then a good samaritan like you turns up, you can give them the impetance to carry on, once you made headway into the overgrowth. Good on you.
What a excellent job you have done and made such a difference. Another good place to do is some of the very old graveyards Thst do not have the money available for cleaning up. But since I am over 70 even through I look early 50’s I understand the needs since I live on social security only. Would love for you to come to a murray , Ky where we have lots of elders with no one to help. My wooden fence is beginning to fall down and it is less than 10 years old. It should have been screwed together instead of nailed. But they lied to me and said they did but it didn’t happen. I can only work about 15 minutes and hour now because of a bad heart. ❤my flower bed have trees growing in them now. Life is so much harder when you are old and have no help or money!
