The lecture itself is great, but the video is far from it. No download link for the slides, therefore we need the slides in the video. Look at how universities are doing it. Put the speaker in the corner (unless she's physically interacting with the slides) and show the current slide in fullscreen. Also, 420p should not be the target resolution in 2016.
For the most part of lectures streaming on RUclips and for Microsoft Research as well: please, I'm not as much interested in the face of the lecturer, as in his/her presentations! It's a pity the lecturer does her best to create the presentation in order to provide better understanding, and these efforts are neglected. Provide please either some link for the uploaded file or show the slides during the lecture.
Microsoft should spend more money on training of the cameraman. We want to see the slides, not her face. The subject itself is cryptic enough.
