The suggestion to not focus on low ticket items is one that I haven't come across before, so thanks for helping me to redefine my approach.
I love this and have started to 1) approach businesses to sponsor events at our shows. but 2) my biggest obstacle is that we are not a 501c3. I hit it all the time... Suggestions?

I direct a sports organization. So my audience is the parents of 50 or so kids and the surrounding coaches and trainers. I'm having trouble outlining my target audience outside of just saying parents of young athletes
