You're making some good points. However, have you spoken to all those players you've mentioned to see whether they are still willing and ready to play for Kotoko. Remember, at a point in time, these players were not committed to play their hearts out for kotoko. You were one of those who condemned and blasted their attitude until Otumfo came in to warn them.

It should be evident that the young players are an investment in our future rather than a solution for immediate results. Unfortunately, this oversight has significantly diminished my respect for him.
His leadership can undeniably be attributed to the team's poor performance. If the new team and players fail to perform next season, I fear he will repeat his previous mistakes. Additionally, making Dr. Ogum a management member appears to have been a significant error.
I am profoundly disappointed and hope for better strategic decisions moving forward.

Reportedly, the least salary was 4,000 cedis. These same players, if they were with other clubs where salaries and bonuses were not regularly paid, wouldn’t dare exhibit such poor behavior. From my perspective, none of these players deserve to play for Asante Kotoko. In the past, we've had exceptional and dedicated players who played their hearts out even when salaries and bonuses were delayed or unpaid.
The IMC's decision to allow some of these players to leave for free is wrong but very necessary. They could have cashed in on those with existing contracts, but now they are leaving without any compensation.
If it were up to me, I would be happy if all of them were sacked to make way for new players. However, I understand that this isn't possible in football.
Those players whose contracts have been terminated will join other clubs and soon realize the difference, missing Asante Kotoko dearly. Kotoko gave them an opportunity, and some squandered it, which has led to these consequences.
