The problem with lipsyncing is when it's done with little effort in the other aspect of the performance. Britney gave a damn good show with her charisma and stage presence that singing was basically nothing compared to what you are experiencing and seeing on stage. She was truly one of the best performers in the 2000's.

I honestly have no problem with lip syncing in these kinds of performances. The focus is much more on the stage performance and choreography than the vocals in these kinds of songs anyway. If this were a ballad where the main focus is on the vocals, then I would be disappointed if it were lip synced. But a dance song? Not so much. Granted, if you can sing perfectly live and still do the choreo to this level, then that's awesome, but killing the choreo is sufficient imo.

I hate that people try to discredit Britney due to simply lip syncing. If Adele can be universally praised for their stage shows based off vocals alone, why can't Britney be appreciated for her dancing and the way she chooses to put on a show? It's a performance, it's all entertainment and as long as someone completely slays in one category, I feel like they deserve their success. Yes Britney isn't he best vocalist, but in terms of commanding a stage, and executing complex choreography that most pop girls could never dream of pulling off, I think she has done a damn good job and deserves to be respected. She might not perform like she use to, but she had many years of being consistent, and her conservatorship isn't really the best environment to excel in. I think she has earned her status as an icon of entertainment and as a performer, and people need to stop trying to find ways to discredit her.

The problem with lipsyncing is when it's done with little effort in the other aspect of the performance. Britney gave a damn good show with her charisma and stage presence that singing was basically nothing compared to what you are experiencing and seeing on stage. She was truly one of the best performers in the 2000's.
I’m ok with lip syncing if the performance calls for it which Britney’s does because she’s doing a taxing and detailed choreography. If you’re standing still, and/or known for your voice alone and people are coming to hear you sing such as Mariah Carey or Whitney Houston then no, lip syncing is inexcusable.

Britney is the hottest female artist when it come to these rocking performances and by all means.
I honestly have no problem with lip syncing in these kinds of performances. The focus is much more on the stage performance and choreography than the vocals in these kinds of songs anyway. If this were a ballad where the main focus is on the vocals, then I would be disappointed if it were lip synced. But a dance song? Not so much. Granted, if you can sing perfectly live and still do the choreo to this level, then that's awesome, but killing the choreo is sufficient imo.
