Unless I'm mistaken, Empath doesnt actually force you to take more damage, since the mutation considers YOU to be a teammate. At "worst" it actually GIVES you a bit of damage resistance, but if more of your teammates have it you can get ever more resistance, it aught to be used on every build imo. Unless it got patched or something I read it on reddit and an currently using it with my full health PA build, very tanky.
Turtle, have you already talked about Fire Damage and the change to it lately? It looks like its bypassing Armor, Power Armor and Fireproof. At least from what I can tell, its bypassing all of that. I mean its kind of fun getting mauled by a handy in a few seconds but it seems off when it does way more damage than an assaultrons head laser.
@@Silversmith70 it is. mr west tek tested the card and it does nothing. either the card is bugged or the flame damage is bugged. but the legendary is the best to mitigate fire damage
You missed the two most important pieces of your load out: the rubber monster suit and the Ogua shell backpack. Without those, you're just some dude with a hard boxing glove.
Turtle, I’ll say this every time I watch one of your videos when you put down iron fist iron fist is straight up 20% more base damage you should leave out iron fist is if you simply cannot afford the points and strength forward if you’re doing some kind of Mitch like hybrid bills or something but if you’re doing a punching build you 100% need iron fist or you’re simply just giving up 20% of your damage
Turtle running, exploring palm you definitely want demo expert in grenadier more so than for any grenades, you might throw, but because every time exploding bomb goes off it is modified by demo expert and grenadier and it’s gonna go off a lot I mean as you know like one and five punches 20% of the time it’s gonna go off and RGB and what it is a good go off five times in a row
@@Dsamf2 Just get all the perks, food and drugs that help with the style of play you’re going for. As for weapons I use a variety to avoid boredom per KLEO at good neighbor.

Turtle I recently messed around a little bit and I put exploding bomb on and tested it. It does a lot of extra damage right I’m like hack and slash which isn’t actually an explosion hack and slash already has a decent size AOE and it takes your base damage and just spreads it out in an hour we exploding palms and the other ones are all actual explosions. They are in fact, affected by demo expert and grenadier, so it’s doing a fair amount of damage because it’s 100 and no it’s 100 damage but then when you modify it with demo expert it into it and a fair amount of damage to that airway so for mob killing it’s helping a lot if you run into a mob and you get you know tanked it’s helping a lot for bigger critters not so much I never liked it or hack and slash because you had the fucking search all over for the critters you wanna loot right if there was a legendary that got taken out and I got blown away somewhere or you didn’t couldn’t see where it was but now with the area looting and the loot all button I just don’t care anymore advance if I can’t see advance swing hit that swing hit that swing you know and don’t worry about looking for a target. Malay is really quite efficient and vats you can that’s a lot of targets are going to have high agility so high AP and you can pretty much get away with a lot.
I have a melee tank build. But for me the legendary perks offering a chance to explode enemies isn't my style. I use for legendary perks endurance, agility, luck, master infiltrator, what rads and funky duds. My specials basic levels are different not by much but it works for me.

Not only that to make the most out of exploding palm you have to have seven points in demo expert and Grenadier, whereas Hackens/just takes whatever your damages doubles in and applies it to the target and then spread your damage around everything in the area without any extra cards, I meanto really hack slashes extremely OP and all of the exploding cards are really underwhelming packing/should’ve also required demo expert and Grenadier to get much use out of it just to be fair
Turtle beyond incisor you don’t need any other anti-armor, I mean think about it OK let’s say it as a super mutant champion with 200 armor let’s just make the math easy let’s say the critter has 100 armor OK regardless of what order you do it in the number comes out the same right so let’s just take the 75% off first so now it has 25 armor if you gotta anti-armor weapon, you’re only going to remove 12 1/2 right so it’s going to have 12 1/2 armor left. You only have to do 12 1/2 damage. You only had to do 25 damage. You should be doing minimum of like 500 damage so for most of what you’re doing in the game, it’s gonna make no difference, and let’s be honest the days of an Rmili, having any real gigantic affect against the queen, or Earl, or any other boss those days are gone, I mean if I were running that building I used to after the changes and we lost all of our massive damage Buffs I would get enough damage on the queen yeah not to do that anymore. I think now the group just asked to get enough damage on the queen what you’re going to do if your killer it’s an automatic, but I would just get some damage on the queen and then go to killing all the ads Because punching the queen you’re just not doing enough damage to make any difference but for your every day stuff like farming west tech punching super mutants there to hit punches anyway regardless of what weapon you use maybe a three hit if you get a bad you know I mean max three hit but mostly to hit and armor extra anti-rumors, just not necessary on a melee build with incisor
I think I can do most of it, except the Legendary Perks cause I'm still way too low level to have all of those, although this is exciting as I loved Fisiting things in Fallout 4, maybe now I can do it well on 76 too! For Perks like the Explosive ones and Better Criticals and such, could I replace them with well, nothing so I can have the amount of SPECIAL for the other ones that Tank/Unnarmed buff you? (Since I'm still not high enough level to have the Legendary SPECIAL Perks)
Sir turtle : i recomand trying also a gnanca melee build Just add hack and slash, bring ur luck to 23, and get a 15 crit filler uogua thing, possible vampire, in theory the explosion done with hack and slash should heal u
I have basically this setup and I genuinely cannot tell if the explosion heals me. I play low health and I use a vampire death claw so I'm already doing enough healing to nearly never die. How would I go about testing this, ya think?
Dude, I’m not sure what you mean there if you need to carry iron first gives you a maxed out. Iron fixed is just straight up 20% damage increase. You should be running iron fist on every on our main lead build. You really should be running iron fist traveling pharmacy is what’s not necessary you put on the canvas backpack through hiker for food and and then you’re good to go on cams and food Carey weight wise so that you can put all the the required melee abilities in your strength

Turtle on the thorn armor you’re getting 25 damage asecond so maybe you’re getting 50 damage before you’ve killed whatever it is if you have to hit it twice probably not though unless there’s an initial damage tech guy. I’m not sure there might be an initial tick of damage before the DOT kicks in I I have no idea but ultimately Thorne armor is no longer really fireable, other than OK if you’re still sitting around and occasionally getting revealed on a full health stealth build, and and things are hitting you and getting bleed off of that. Maybe you know there might be some used case but I think a better choice would be to go solar or full health anyway go solar you can avoid the health regeneration mutation get full benefit from your cams. You always play on a team so you’re also giving health regeneration to your team and by the way solar is a far better health regeneration method than counting on lacking radiation and keeping in mind that you have to be taking radiation to get benefit from Ghoulish and it’s more effective the more radiation you’re taking it used to work right to power armor, but I’m not sure if it works through the resistance as you get from armors anymore I I I just never saw it is that effective except in a new like back and old school when we were constantly nuking White Springs, it was awesome you take a hit from something in your excavator armor, and you’re instantly healed back up
Richochet, my friend. With a melee weapon (any,it seems) equipped. I'll sometimes kill things before I'm able to get to it running at full speed because they shot me 11 times and 3 of them ricochetted and killed the attacking party. Sometimes I can't help but laugh how busted thorn is and how glad I am that I sat and grinded for a proper set of it.
Turtle as far as Mili armor penetration goes, weighted, is pointless. Even with both arms with weighted you’re only reducing arm.or by 10 DR and that’s before it gets calculated multiplicatively with all the other armor penetrations you probably have I don’t remember what you had but incisor alone is a gigantic chunk so if you have 100 armor and you have incisor right away your armor is cut to 75 I mean cut by 75 it’s down to 25 armor so let’s say weighted is the only other armor pen you have that’s going to reduce that 25 x 20% which will reduce it to 20 armor even if it was the only thing you had for armor penetration, it’s hardly worth it. Brawling would be far better.
I have nearly 400 stacked up for some reason. I'm never gonna use some of those legendary perks so I never bothered so now I have a big pile of them for no reason

this is literally the exact build i used to run to pvp people for funsies. lol my armor were all assasins cavaliers rolls and i just sprinted at people being almost unkillable while sprinting and punched them until they died. because the explosions count as seperate hits in pvp so you can actually deal 220 damage per punch in pvp when the explosion procs with the added DoT damage it melted almost everyone even those in full sentinal assasins PA.
Hey turtle mom you had on something there and while I won’t lie I was pylon as much anti-rumor as I can you’re right it doesn’t I mean the difference yeah 75% from inside her hand and armor is multiplicative still bright of all of the deep off Sir multiplicative all the bosses are additive. At this point I believe that’s true, but aunt armor for sure is multiplicative so Long time long ago somebody did the math and going from incisor and then adding an antiviral weapon which is 50% and a puncturing mod which is another 40% only brings you from 75% don’t like 87% vampire armor because of the multiplicative nature oh, I oh and I’m sure you understand. I prefer others when you are, if it works in your favor Mika but if you’re adding to yourself to your own damage I’ll Bob do you want multiplicative but unfortunately they’re all additive vantage point multiplicative would result in a higher damage number when you’re developing the target do you want additive but they are multiplicative, which is the opposite. This results in a lower number When you’re deep off it in any case, nobody did the math one for her daughter it seems to me like it it came to 87% when you multiply could’ve Leanna dump all that on our Vbox you could get from anti-armor from penetration so it’s just not worth it if I .0 you’re going to get more When you’re doing a Unarmed you’re going to get more out-of-state bloodied on arm blooded or to repair almost any other fault on that gauntlet would be better now they’ve been on arms and less you have to not use incisor but for three points and Pfizer gives you 75% armor penetration that’s almost a automatic card you can’t not use, also when you said that I am pissed is it necessary? I disagree I I know the buffs are all additive but it’s still 20% more damage. And they’re slow on diminishing returns from additive damage. If you get 400% more damage it’s just 400% more damage most like it was definitely better because it would’ve been billed 450% or whatever when you did all the multiplicative addition, you know 20% of 100 is 120 and in another 20% of that you don’t mean it adds up to a larger number so multiplicative was better by 20% added to another 20% is still 40% so for every hundred worth of damage iron fist and adding 20 points of damage Obviously then you have to take into account resistant to the damage reduction and everything but every little bit counts the same of body mass body mass is 15% more damage. Everything you do damage related is 15% more with bloody mass so unless you’re just don’t wanna damage you should have bloody mass, or if you’re using a weapon but doesn’t Know Center, Drive a bloody mess like the shredder shredder and does not get any extra damage from bloody Mastro bloody mess up some appointments for that weapon it does dismember target sell. It has been keyword dismember only the shredder the meaning on shredder dogs are here if you look at want that they do minors pulled off credit has the keyword dismember only in Philly wife. I’ve seen the key work, but I guarantee you if I tested it more than once on a custom world with nuclear critters and nuclear damage so I could see any minute still change. There’s absolutely no extra damage coming from bloody mess from the shredder so no point using it but I guarantee you ever got my weapon get 15% more damage
Turtle as a very long term I’ve been for years all I used to was on our weapons, but I’m telling you. Oh power attack is not the way to go as far as throughput goes DPS you’ll get more DPS from martial artist and combined with swing speed
It isn’t much turnover even on bosses 250 damage over 10 seconds on a boss with thousands of hell you used to be able to maintain without a Mr. handy and torn armor. You used to be able to maintain Joiner and 50 damage up second five stacks Constantly stacked up the five everybody. I said it was Anthony. It was not in finance you could pack up weed five times, but you could keep it back to infinitely with a weapon like a Mr. handy or now oh chainsaw doing much more made of damage also stat that’s why they Nerf the shit out of Tharnish, because chainsaws and auto accidents are way more high, powered my way more OK send a message for Hamby Mr. Andy does more damage for attack, but it does Lasa tax for second been a chainsaw definitely last better shredder and I can’t recall Nels the shredder activates gone or not I don’t think it does. I don’t recall for sure but I don’t think it does. It does activate poison. No, I guarantee that because I run around in their power armor all the time poisoning the shit out of stuff with a Shredder, but I know that a chainsaw will activate door problem. Turtle regular scout armor, nine legendary with no extra practice gold armor plus barbarian ironclad an of a cell give you more than enough resistant to that you’re already into diminishing returns know you do need something to mitigate radiation but I can’t like you had white rats and Danny buddy who’s reading this you should max out water rat there’s absolutely no good reason if you’re running a Fuller Health Bill white rat should be one of those cards that you automatically have on it Every mobile meld should have white rads, just like every built-in app locker every build that whole health should have white rats, maxed out you can literally standing a fire storm and a side of Secret Service armor. I I caught myself one day coming out of Earl, I will I went to the bathroom or something went filled my drink. I don’t know what I was doing come back and I’m standing there in the in a nuke And regular armor and I still had like more than half my life and so I guess I remove my rants with right away and healed up. I just timed it it was like a minute and a half. I stood there with white rats removing radiation I did also, have mom call the endurance work card Ghoulish I had ghoulish maxed out. Rowling is always better for an on our mailing belt. If your build is a chainsaw, then maybe the power deck damage on the weighted or whatever it’s called but if you’re on our brawling is simply adding damage.

Oh yeah, what is used to be really good for automatic melee weapon like the Mr. handy before the chainsaw and Doug autoaxe Rick came a thing when you could still stack of poison it was great for McQueen. I mean you could stand there with a vampires, Mr. handy piling on all that poison damage and keeping it up all the time so she was constantly taking a true poison that I mean true bleed damage I’m trying to poison amicably damage and she was taking at nine stop and all you see is a big gray bar growing you were doing massive damage to the Queen But now it only goes off every 10 seconds. I mean it goes off and then it takes 10 seconds actually now that I think about it I don’t know what the cool down is on reapplying it except to say it doesn’t stack so you can literally only keep up to 150 damage every 10 seconds and even if it were an instant 250 it would be better I really wouldn’t. I mean it’s only really good now or melee weapons like a one handed to handed or unarmed because you can only apply it once every 10 seconds, so it’s really not that you told her where it’s at a thorn armor with an auto wax or chainsaw But since you’re flames braided get on your tax rate is much slower on Bailey weapons it kind of makes sense. Bless other things are hitting you and they’re getting bleed damage also from Jeff attacking you or if you’re using it to bleed things from stealth it’s also good because it had that stealth benefit. But to be fair, it’s not really that you call Eddie work they kind of ruined it. I mean even using it on players. It’s one thing when you have five stacks of it all lined up it’s pretty hard to react quickly enough to heal through it but one sack that takes 10 seconds to fully happen that’s just pointless. You’re going to kill the thing that I mean the bottom line is if the 250 true damage is going to do anything it’s gonna take 10 seconds if you haven’t killed that thing in one or two hits in like one second somethings wrong.
I hope you don't plan on the new scrap rat backpack mod to be useful for your build... 90% reduced SCRAP weight all junk needs to be reduced to scrap, all the possum mods are better than that.
Got to admit I was abit disappointed in the backpack mod reward. As you say you can definitely get better backpack mods out there. I tend to go for the chemists backpack mod. It's a life saver when you're carrying so many stimpacks.... I probably shouldn't really be carrying around so many. 😅
@@mattoink992 I use the high capacity. Full health stealth commando and no stealth events I use a vampires explosive handmade. I carry 10 stims for when someone goes down during an event. I highly doubt the new mod will be useful for anyone, you will scrap and store your junk well before you run out of carry weight from scrap. It's the junk that will do it.
Yeah, 250 damage over 10 seconds on a queen or a Earl turtle that’s not really doing anything for an armor is really only useful when you’re fighting mobs and they’re hitting you before you can kill them taking a little live damage from hitting you you’re going to one shot all of them all in and they’re not gonna take any bleed from that because there’s gonna be a dad and a queen I mean since we can’t keep a 250 damage it bleed damage asecond on a boss anymore thorn armors, kind of pointless Although I am trying to figure out a truly lazy build, where I can just go stand my character and let things bleed itself to death on thorn armor, so there may still be a used word. I’ve personally feel the poison or I mean the bleed Anahit damage is more useful than the damage I do when I punch something, either way if I go up against the queen, it’s going to be with a chainsaw, no matter what kind of melee weapon I use for clearing mobs

The funny part is they have a free mr handy icon in the shop lol and I also removed my fire proof card for some other card I can put on

The fireproof perk has been nerfed. Switched it out for another. It was a waste for my bloodied build.

Awesome build! I always liked full health and now I'm sold on switching to carnivore, for one thing. A little change once in a while is really good.

You should be doing minimum of like 500 damage so for most of what you’re doing in the game, it’s gonna make no difference, and let’s be honest the days of an Rmili, having any real gigantic affect against the queen, or Earl, or any other boss those days are gone, I mean if I were running that building I used to after the changes and we lost all of our massive damage Buffs I would get enough damage on the queen yeah not to do that anymore. I think now the group just asked to get enough damage on the queen what you’re going to do if your killer it’s an automatic, but I would just get some damage on the queen and then go to killing all the ads Because punching the queen you’re just not doing enough damage to make any difference but for your every day stuff like farming west tech punching super mutants there to hit punches anyway regardless of what weapon you use maybe a three hit if you get a bad you know I mean max three hit but mostly to hit and armor extra anti-rumors, just not necessary on a melee build with incisor
I think I can do most of it, except the Legendary Perks cause I'm still way too low level to have all of those, although this is exciting as I loved Fisiting things in Fallout 4, maybe now I can do it well on 76 too!
For Perks like the Explosive ones and Better Criticals and such, could I replace them with well, nothing so I can have the amount of SPECIAL for the other ones that Tank/Unnarmed buff you? (Since I'm still not high enough level to have the Legendary SPECIAL Perks)

I have basically this setup and I genuinely cannot tell if the explosion heals me. I play low health and I use a vampire death claw so I'm already doing enough healing to nearly never die. How would I go about testing this, ya think?

Dude, I’m not sure what you mean there if you need to carry iron first gives you a maxed out. Iron fixed is just straight up 20% damage increase. You should be running iron fist on every on our main lead build. You really should be running iron fist traveling pharmacy is what’s not necessary you put on the canvas backpack through hiker for food and and then you’re good to go on cams and food Carey weight wise so that you can put all the the required melee abilities in your strength

Moles are insectivores. Most do not eat plants, but feed mainly on earthworms, insects, and grubs.

Turtle on the thorn armor you’re getting 25 damage asecond so maybe you’re getting 50 damage before you’ve killed whatever it is if you have to hit it twice probably not though unless there’s an initial damage tech guy. I’m not sure there might be an initial tick of damage before the DOT kicks in I I have no idea but ultimately Thorne armor is no longer really fireable, other than OK if you’re still sitting around and occasionally getting revealed on a full health stealth build, and and things are hitting you and getting bleed off of that. Maybe you know there might be some used case but I think a better choice would be to go solar or full health anyway go solar you can avoid the health regeneration mutation get full benefit from your cams. You always play on a team so you’re also giving health regeneration to your team and by the way solar is a far better health regeneration method than counting on lacking radiation and keeping in mind that you have to be taking radiation to get benefit from Ghoulish and it’s more effective the more radiation you’re taking it used to work right to power armor, but I’m not sure if it works through the resistance as you get from armors anymore I I I just never saw it is that effective except in a new like back and old school when we were constantly nuking White Springs, it was awesome you take a hit from something in your excavator armor, and you’re instantly healed back up
Richochet, my friend. With a melee weapon (any,it seems) equipped. I'll sometimes kill things before I'm able to get to it running at full speed because they shot me 11 times and 3 of them ricochetted and killed the attacking party.
Sometimes I can't help but laugh how busted thorn is and how glad I am that I sat and grinded for a proper set of it.

Turtle as far as Mili armor penetration goes, weighted, is pointless. Even with both arms with weighted you’re only reducing arm.or by 10 DR and that’s before it gets calculated multiplicatively with all the other armor penetrations you probably have I don’t remember what you had but incisor alone is a gigantic chunk so if you have 100 armor and you have incisor right away your armor is cut to 75 I mean cut by 75 it’s down to 25 armor so let’s say weighted is the only other armor pen you have that’s going to reduce that 25 x 20% which will reduce it to 20 armor even if it was the only thing you had for armor penetration, it’s hardly worth it. Brawling would be far better.

I have nearly 400 stacked up for some reason. I'm never gonna use some of those legendary perks so I never bothered so now I have a big pile of them for no reason

this is literally the exact build i used to run to pvp people for funsies. lol my armor were all assasins cavaliers rolls and i just sprinted at people being almost unkillable while sprinting and punched them until they died. because the explosions count as seperate hits in pvp so you can actually deal 220 damage per punch in pvp when the explosion procs with the added DoT damage it melted almost everyone even those in full sentinal assasins PA.

Hey turtle mom you had on something there and while I won’t lie I was pylon as much anti-rumor as I can you’re right it doesn’t I mean the difference yeah 75% from inside her hand and armor is multiplicative still bright of all of the deep off Sir multiplicative all the bosses are additive. At this point I believe that’s true, but aunt armor for sure is multiplicative so Long time long ago somebody did the math and going from incisor and then adding an antiviral weapon which is 50% and a puncturing mod which is another 40% only brings you from 75% don’t like 87% vampire armor because of the multiplicative nature oh, I oh and I’m sure you understand. I prefer others when you are, if it works in your favor Mika but if you’re adding to yourself to your own damage I’ll Bob do you want multiplicative but unfortunately they’re all additive vantage point multiplicative would result in a higher damage number when you’re developing the target do you want additive but they are multiplicative, which is the opposite. Everything you do damage related is 15% more with bloody mass so unless you’re just don’t wanna damage you should have bloody mass, or if you’re using a weapon but doesn’t Know Center, Drive a bloody mess like the shredder shredder and does not get any extra damage from bloody Mastro bloody mess up some appointments for that weapon it does dismember target sell. It isn’t much turnover even on bosses 250 damage over 10 seconds on a boss with thousands of hell you used to be able to maintain without a Mr. handy and torn armor. You used to be able to maintain Joiner and 50 damage up second five stacks Constantly stacked up the five everybody. I said it was Anthony. Rowling is always better for an on our mailing belt. If your build is a chainsaw, then maybe the power deck damage on the weighted or whatever it’s called but if you’re on our brawling is simply adding damage.

I mean it goes off and then it takes 10 seconds actually now that I think about it I don’t know what the cool down is on reapplying it except to say it doesn’t stack so you can literally only keep up to 150 damage every 10 seconds and even if it were an instant 250 it would be better I really wouldn’t. I hope you don't plan on the new scrap rat backpack mod to be useful for your build... 90% reduced SCRAP weight all junk needs to be reduced to scrap, all the possum mods are better than that.
Got to admit I was abit disappointed in the backpack mod reward. As you say you can definitely get better backpack mods out there. I tend to go for the chemists backpack mod. It's a life saver when you're carrying so many stimpacks.... I probably shouldn't really be carrying around so many. 😅
@@mattoink992 I use the high capacity. Full health stealth commando and no stealth events I use a vampires explosive handmade. I carry 10 stims for when someone goes down during an event.
I highly doubt the new mod will be useful for anyone, you will scrap and store your junk well before you run out of carry weight from scrap. It's the junk that will do it.

Yeah, 250 damage over 10 seconds on a queen or a Earl turtle that’s not really doing anything for an armor is really only useful when you’re fighting mobs and they’re hitting you before you can kill them taking a little live damage from hitting you you’re going to one shot all of them all in and they’re not gonna take any bleed from that because there’s gonna be a dad and a queen I mean since we can’t keep a 250 damage it bleed damage asecond on a boss anymore thorn armors, kind of pointless Although I am trying to figure out a truly lazy build, where I can just go stand my character and let things bleed itself to death on thorn armor, so there may still be a used word. I’ve personally feel the poison or I mean the bleed Anahit damage is more useful than the damage I do when I punch something, either way if I go up against the queen, it’s going to be with a chainsaw, no matter what kind of melee weapon I use for clearing mobs
