They seem like very nice people, It is nice of course that they can accommodate their dietary restrictions, but seriously if you don't eat meat then go to a ranch in california! Sorry not sorry.. I'm a carnivore in sw idaho! I do hope to get to visit the Silver Spur in the near future.
