    Friends, today I am sharing two recipes of raw mango for use in day to day cooking for sourness. These two items are
    (1) Kachi Keri Na Amboliya
    (2) Amchur Powder
    Both these items are used in day to day cooking in place of lemon. The sourness is little different than that of lemon but it is chosen over lemon many a times. I hope you would like these both recipes and try it during this season of mangoes.

    INGREDIENTS
    AMCHUR POWDER
    1 kG Rajapuri raw mangoes (राजापुरी कच्चे आम)
    1.5 lemon juice (निम्बू)
    ⅛ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
    AMBOLIYA
    500 grams desi raw mangoes (देशी कच्चे आम)
    ¾ tsp salt (नमक)
    ⅛ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
    1 lemon juice (निम्बू)
