Hi there again. Well now I have managed to connect to my Phones Bluetooth, I re booted my phone, however, I am not able to get Whatsapp, its telling me that its not available on my phone, so i am 80% there, I will keep trying tho!! Thank you for all your help and suggestions

@C mohamed Hi. You do get a good distance with it. You wouldn't be able to leave your phone at home and go for a run. It does need a good Bluetooth connection

i get to the part where my watch has to find my phone but tehn the watch can't find it, it just keeps searching, they are linked but somehow not fully, i can tell my phone to ring the watch and vise versa and tell the phone to take a photo from teh watch.
but i can't make a call from the watch for instance.
any clue if i did something wrong here?

@@MMBTechTV yes I think so, my watch is a fundo watch, I believe it is an Apple copy, i didn't know that when I bought it
@@margpottage1108 In my experience its cheaper to buy a new watch as they would be hard to get hold of, and you would need to handy with things like that. I would suggest looking for a new one

Hi, I tried to connect my watch to the app, and it's only able to connect to my phone's Bluetooth but the app can't recognize it. I'm pretty sure I followed all the steps so I don't know what to do to get notifications and to be able to control my camera.. I can make calls and listen to music but that's about it..

Hello! Great video. I have managed to connect my phone to Fundo Pro, but every time I quit app on the phone and enter it again, my watch disconnects from Fundo and app says "illegal device and it cannot be used - Unbundling". Then I have to delete app, configure it again and it works again until quitting app. Thanks in advance for the help!

I just got an ALDI Bauhn smart watch. It connected a couple of times and worked for a day but now it doesn't connect at all. Just keeps saying connection failed after unbinding. Android S8.
POS, shouldn't have expected a cheap thing to work.
Hey thank you for checking out the video. The issue with the cheaper watches sometimes is they just dont work as we would want them too. I would do one last attempt and try and download an older version of this app. There is a link in the description of the video below:

For the first few days mine watch and the app paired quite well and havent had any issues at all. However, just later today when I tried to log the data into the app it just suddenly notified that my watch was an illegal device and force to unbundling immidiately. I have tried to reset both the watch and reinstall the app, but none has worked out so far. Has anyone has the same issue? And may know how to resolve the problem as well? Much appreciate for the help 😁❤

You didn't include to turn location on I followed all the steps and it was not connecting then I tried to switch on my location and it worked perfectly becos I don't keep my locations on except I want to use it on a location based app or sort

Holly sh*t i wouldn't have expected that it would be the solution. I hate when those apps don't work like they're supposed to and you got to find it yourself. I've tried everthing exept turning on location. Thanks.

Hi Cuzlmpol, thanks for checking out the video. Unfortunately some smart watches will only work with specific partner apps which is really disappointing. However i am trying to look for an alternative at the moment that will work with most smartwatches, so please bear with me whilst i find one :-)

Hi thank you for checking out the video. I had a similar issue and had to unpair the watch and reconnect again. And even went as far as removing the app and re installing and that seemed to fix it for me :-)

Hi thank you for checking out the video. With issues like this I usually un pair the devices, remove the app and re install. That usually fixes it. Give it a go and let me know what happens 😀

Hi there, very helpful thankyou. I am unfortunatly still experiencing problems. I purchased an E.watch online and am paring it with my Samsung8. Model nr SM-G950F. It has a Bluetooth 5. Is this compatable with this watch? It says in the instuctions that it works well with BT 3 and 4, nothing about 5. I imagine that it would do though. But, the problem is that it is not syncing my steps. It is good with heartbeat etc, but not the steps, which I am a little upset about as That is obviously why I bought it. Do you have any suggestions? thanks. Bluetooth is on on both devices BTW and I have restarted my phone just to make sure. I also reinstalled the APP.
Hi thank you for checking out the video. Some issues do experience issues with this app. I would suggest that you remove the app, unpair the watch from your device and start the process again and see if that fixes the issue. Please let me know if you get it to work
@@MMBTechTV Thank you for your reply and help. I will however be returning the watch as I believe it to be defective. I have unfortunately seen many bad reviews from the company I ordered it from, sadly a bit too late. Hopefully I will get a refund. Thanks again.

My smart watch s6 is unable to sync with the Fundo app. It stops syncing at 4/5. Also keeps coming up “Positioning is not successful”. Any advice on how to solve this? Using IPHONE. Thanks

But I can't seem to get WhatsApp messages through my watch with this app...only Instagram messages.

@@MMBTechTV It's solved. It was in the settings indeed. but the UI isn't that clear. I didn't see that besides "personal app" There's also "System app". The guys should make it more obvious that those are 2 buttons.
Also there like 5 other similar apps like this one with the same UI, any idea if they have more options? One of them had a maps view integrated. I think you could see where you've run or biked
After I click more and add device, it pops up an error message for "illegal devices" them it unlinks from my watch idk why..

Reasonable video, but you didn't tell us how you set up the, steps, BP, etc with the phone, obviously all phones are different, but is there a basic idea. I am struggling to use this app. I'm sure it's quite easy when you know how

Connected watch with my I Phone as described. It is connected fine but I guess Sleep Analysis is not working. And also, it get out of sync with the mobile after every little time. Do you have any idea about it or the solution?

I just received my watch with the code DJ008. Unfortunately it was a watch used or at least on display, and the settings are in Chinese. Do you have any idea how I could change to English? Hi, I have just purchased the watch5 and have it all synced to my phone. When I go into the app on my phone it does not give option to review a recent cycle I have done. I'm able to review all walking/running activities but no cycle option! Please can you help thanks

Hi, there is no mention of a partner app, but it does say connect to FunDo pro. I have done this. The watch is working apart from the fact, I cant get it to sync with bluetooth!!
Hi Again. That is very strange. Im assuming your smartphones software is upto date? As sometimes they can update some of the Bluetooth settings. Otherwise the issue could either be with the watch itself or the phone. Have your tried the Mediatek Smart device app instead?
After last update i'm not able to open app. When i try to open, it closes immediately. Do you have any advice?

Hi thank you for checking out the video. my first port of call would be to reset the watch and unpair it with your device and start the process again. that usually fixes it. let me know if it doesnt work
Hi... Thank you for this information.. Is this app controls or can change the stride length, my watch w26 is connected to this app, but step counts are highly inflated, is this problem with the sensor of these cheap watches or this can be tuned through this app.. Pls reply mate..

Hi! I have a Huawei Nova 3 cellphone and I just get the Gw33 Smartwatch, So the first time a manage to connect the watch, but the app dont work well, i needed to open the cellphone to get the notifications on the watch, and now, Im using FundoWear app, so i can get the notifications but I cant track anything, and when I download the fundopro app I cant connect my watch, It does appear on the search menu on the app, but it said Connection error.

Hi I have a Galaxy A20 phone and just got a L7 smart watch , i got it paired and got most things to work. It doesn't seem to show all my contacts but I assume I have to change where all my contacts are stored on my phone but the time is wrong and i cant seem to change it . I managed to change the date, but i dont understand why i cant change the time to the correct time. Whats the point in a watch if the time is wrong. Please I need help !

I have the Fitness Cube HR 2 and it shows notifications about eveything but it just won't show no records of walking or any sports, any help ... ?

Hi ive done everything you said to pair my phone and watch. My phone says its connected to the watch, watch blue tooth is on but the watch hasn't picked up the phone. ? Very frustrating. Thanks Viv Brown

I understand your frustration. i have noticed since the app has updated there has been a lot of issues when trying to connect to smartphones and watches. some watches dont work on the app either which is very annoying. Im assuming your smartphone is upto date and its the latest version of the app?
