Man, maybe you should apply to be their MV director and figure out how to create a high fashion concept that doesn't look like a commercial? When I think of a high fashion concept, I think of nice clothes (check), of walking the run way (check), of wardrobe changes (check), of fashion displays (check) and of flashing lights from cameras (check). They obviously wanted the MV to feel like a fashion show and they seemed to do a good job at it. Do most fashion shows look like a glorified commercial? I mean yeah but that's the nature of the concept.
Interestingly, I don't believe BM has been named as a group or individually to any high fashion brands yet. They have represented Adidas, Pepsi and CNP Laboratory but I didn't notice those brands being highlighted in the MV in any way unless I just missed it.
Now could this MV create a cohesive association with high fashion and BM as a group and/or individually? For sure, but that'll be up to the brands and future negotiations. Music and fashion go hand in hand so it's just natural that any musical artist in any market could be a target for brand ambassadorships. Most fans are happy when their faves get recognized by such prestigious deals. I'm sure most musical artists feel the same.
From a reactor to another- my advise is and you would hear this a lot, choose your words carefully and lets not go beyond what we see and hear, dont jump to conclusions (once you research more about KPOP, you'll know what I mean). On this video, you just opened a pool of hate train which is so sad to see :(

I agree with you. Now I can’t unhear “commercial “ like J’adore or Miss Dior. ( which truth be told with YG I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a brand affiliation.) I really am trying to love Baby Monster . This was okay, felt disjointed. I’m waiting for their eyes to light up and really be into the music. However they performed awesome. They did their job. Their vocals are top tier. Just waiting for them to really come alive. But I think it’s YG. Great reaction
It has nothing to do with an ad... its not a commercial...its about fashion, dreams, live of an idol and staying strong against hater. Its haveing a nostalgic vibe and screaming high fashion. If other groups doing it its ok, but with Babymonster its not...
Dont consider it as something that it is not... and people complained about empty choruses and now they get one of the best sung choruses in 2024 and people complain about the drop... evry one has a different taste , i know and thats ok... but an Ad???? really???

Am I the only one who doesn’t like when Ahyeon raps? I love her as a singer and her singing voice but the rapping just seems forced and I feel like they need to just keep Asa and Ruka as the rappers. I feel like they are tryna make Ahyeon into a mini Jennie
