You forgot to mention the 6th reason, house prices. The annual average price in Prince George in the last year is about 414k. This is close to Edmonton at 420k. I grew up in Prince George, and was thinking about returning one day, but not at these prices. I guess I will keep an eye on it for now, I am not in a rush. Good video, Rob.
