Eagles turned the ball over 3 times and still won! If that offense can play without any turnovers or at least be plus turnovers in the games then they should be scoring 30-40 points per game!
Lmfao chill out the Packers lost that game by penalties and dropped passes the eagles didn't nt win it
@@Cadillac-pt2mwlmao yeah sure I guess the packers put up 34 pts on themselves. They lost get over it. Don’t become like the forty whiners fans crying for months over a loss.
They definitely look like they could be really dangerous. However, there was a lot to be desired on the defensive side. Many dropped passes to open players saved points for the Eagles. I’m excited to see what they do. So much talent.
What impressed me most was how ass hair close the Eagles defense was to getting Jordan Love so many times. If not for that slippery mess of a field, no doubt, sacks would have been triple at the least. I studied Kurt Cousin's release times, compared it to Love's average, and brother, if Cousins is even near as slow getting the ball out as he was this week, he's not finishing that game the same man as going into it.
@@futball24 Regardless GB went 1-4 in the redzone that defense played well especially for week 1
It's about time we have positive content creators who understand that football is not a perfect game. When we constantly beat up on our own team, what does it say about us! Jalen Hurts is our franchise QB let's show him some respect!!! Go Birds!🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
I have been watching football since the 1960’s and have never seen a perfect game. Why are people making a win for the Eagles a perfect game?
Amen! Philly fans are way to quick to judgement. We as a whole pressure lurie into firing one of the best coaches on nfl history. Patience is a virtue
GIANTS: Hey, Philly. We got this bum we don't want anymore. Y'all want him?
PHILLY: Maybe. Who is it?
GIANTS: Saquon Barkley.
PHILLY: Are you kidding? YEAH!!!
It was legit like this
GIANTS: hey Saquon, test the market. See whats out there. You want to be a giant anyway. Let us know how you make out.
::visits Philadelphia::
EAGLES: Saquon, start looking for houses. Welcome to Philadelphia, heres the check the Giants wont offer you. We look forward to next season.
Giants: FU*k!
Its near impossible to get definitive analysis from the Brazil game due to the epically horrendous field conditions. There was enough to see to reach the conclusion both these teams are going to be lethal under normal NFL conditions. More so for Philadelphia, they establish consistent long drives and their D line was just a slippery hair away from blowing Jordan Love to tiny bits many times over. It could have been a much better game on a normal field, shame on the NFL.
Both these teams play in open stadiums in the north. A slick field is about least adverse condition these teams normally face throughout the year.
@@thomasbob3rt it wasnt slippery bc of water, soccer fields have short grass roots and the NFL has way heavier people and quick cuts. So it was getting uprooted every time they did cuts.
@@KSATSpotting They play nfl games in torrential downpours and 6+ inches of snow. Yes the field was slippery, how is that a new thing?
@@KSATSpottingdude doesnt know ball dont even bother responding to him
That field was got damn egregious
Huff was in the backfield a lot, but had many times slipped before he got to Love. I think that he will be much better throughout the season by playing on better conditions.
People need to realize that the one pick if AJ Brown wouldn't have slipped on that ridiculous turf he definitely would have out muscled that Defender for position
Also the pass was kinda off to
also the snap was Jurgens fault, Hurts was still calling the play. Which is easy to fix, it's his first game replacing Jason. Hurts really only had 1 INT that was his fault and it was the 1st one.
@@1tannheimerNah it wasn’t. It was placed low intentionally so that it wasn’t popped and picked. The slip was the only reason for the pick
Eagles played a typical 1st game of the season. Mistakes, misses & interceptions... but, with all that, they still put up 34 points against a tough defensive team. Go Birds🦅
This game definitely feels better than the opener against the patriots last year.
Fly eagles Fly 🦅💚💚💚💚🦅
After the by week the Eagles offense is gonna gel and put 60 points on a couple of teams! #FlyEaglesFly
and that fumble also was not on him he was still reading the defense when Jurgens snapped the ball
Both Offensive and defensive squads were hustling and the offensive schemes were fun to watch. If everyone stays healthy they will be in the NFC Championship! So much fun when you are living in Dallas!
Nah If are defense played at there full potential we would’ve smoked the packers
"the offense is going to get even better, even though that sounds crazy coming out of my mouth" LOL bro for that I had to sub and like... "GO BIRDS"!!!🦅
Saquon Barkley’s addition to the Eagles offense is already paying off, but do you think he can maintain this level of performance all season, or is he still prone to injury concerns?
I think huge year
He was only injury prone because the Giants couldn't block a cell phone call. He's running behind the top 3 best Oline in the league, he will be fine.
he put up solid numbers while being forced to dodge defenders in backfield and not many rushing lanes. now he gets multiple lanes and a chance to take a few steps before making guys miss
We shall see. I would be facetious to look ahead three, five, six or ten games plus.
Will any rb on any other team maintain his level of performance throughout the season? Ask Christian McCaffrey.
He had 24 carries, its batshit crazy to think he can do that for a season. That's not to say he can't keep up the same production numbers, he just has to do it with with more big play yards with less carries and he can certainly do that. I expect he will sail past 1,600 yards rushing for the regular season and many pro analyst agree on that number.
What aj brown did too jaire Alexander was just disrespectful 😂
We need the line too click thats why we should’ve played some of pre season
No team played the starters
@@kgar5String SF played Purdy for a drive
If you take away the first 2 drives we had a very good game against a very good young playoff team. Fix the early mistakes and we will be just fine for a deep playoff run
Monday will be much more telling about the Eagles offense. Obviously Atlanta isn’t great, but the Eagles (and Packers to be fair) were dealing with the gimmicky international stuff, awful field, arrogant no preseason snaps thing and more so Week 2 will be more of a pulse check without all of the extra circumstances. BUT even despite all those things, I think it’s fair to say the Eagles offense showed they can be crazy good at their ceiling
first video of your's i've come across and i enjoyed it! your accent automatically makes me trust your football opinion more lmao
Stay healthy bros.
jeff stoutland is still in charge of run game coordination, as long as he is there the eagles will be able to run the football
A lot of new pieces, including the coaches, that will need a few games to gel. I was really worried about this game, and glad they got the W. On O; hopefully the line gets chemistry especially Becton and Jurgens. Of course Dotson will need time to get up to speed. Defensively, I thought they played much better than the score indicated. If they don't hold the Pack to 6pts after those two early turnovers deep in our own territory, we likely lose the game. White should help the rush get home (as will better turf). Maddox STUNK imo, so I am reealllyy looking forward to Isiah Rogers getting in there along with Dejean getting the practice time he needs to be ready. Safeties played well, so Brown will only be icing on the cake as a run stopper and insurance for CJGJ inevitable injury.
becton did very well and he was my biggest concern
Kellen Moore gets my gameball.
0:16 was jack stoll lmao
I seen that also
Wh does that matter?
"It's just how you.. finish.." (2023😵) Game ONE and its the theme for the ENTIRE season
Reminds me of last year! Except a little less competitive
Dope video bro got me hyped for this season!
I love how every giants fan was calling saquen an average back. Then he has a total of 132 yards and 3 tds😂
The one major thing the are missing in 2024 is the center QB exchange and the iconic Tush Push. That play didn't quite work as it should with the new center. I think a lot of the past successes was attributable to Jason Kelce and that showed.
Still think it’s a little too soon to say. Bad field conditions plus cam jurgens and Jalen hurts need to develop chemistry still. But I still think it could be the most effective play in the league just not as effective as last year.
Yeah This media narrative about Philly is laughable.
Issues in 2023 was
Offensive & defense schemes by rookie Coaches.
Answer 2024
•Hired two veteran coaches.
•Defensive lacked talent at CB, LB, and aggressiveness. So bring in CJGJ, Q, Trotta, Cooper, Isaiah Rogers.
•Added huge talent at RB
•Added talent at WR3
That Analyses is omitted & glossed over on legacy media, because it doesn't fit the narrative that Hurts was a benched QB in college.
THE EAGLES AND 9ers CAN MAKE A WHOLE NFC PROBOWL TEAM BY THEY SELFS ITS CRAZY 🤷🏿♂️
The Birds Defensive line needs to step it up; they did not generate a sack and at times they were not stopping the run either! Bryce Huff was invisible! The D will not be top ten playing like they did last week. Hopefully it was just a case of a slow start, due to having no contact in the pre-season.
Eagles didn’t play great and still beat a very good playoff team. Lots to look forward to. 🦅
Hurtz need to learn how to make a read and this team would be dangerous
Love didn't get pressured a lot at al, i don't know what game u watched but a different than the one that really happend
Can't wait to see Rodgers outside or Ringo avonte sucks
What the Eagles desperately need, are leaders ...
Not trash-talkers, but Leaders ...
CJGJ and QM are 100% trash-talkers ...
QM was so bad at it, he is going to get the team in trouble if he continues taunting ...
We got rid of one CB because he was a penalty waiting to happen ...
To add to that, Grant Calcaterra is terrible ... I keep saying it, and they keep playing him ...
It is really hard for me to believe that nobody else besides Goedert is better than Calcaterra ...
Good showing from our linebackers ... They missed a few plays, but overall, good showing ...
If I were a defensive coach, on the field or in the booth, if I saw ANY defensive player dogging
it on a play, or just not hustling, he would immediately be substituted for on the next play ...
I saw this often throughout the game ...
The Packers are a good team ... And this is a good win ... With terrible turf ...
VERY difficult for anyone playing the edge ...
PS: Interceptions happen ... All of these players are good ...
But what was exceptionally bad by Hurts, was throwing that interception in the endzone,
when we had AT LEAST 3 points locked in already if our offense fails ... That is not very smart ...
PSS: Look out, when Jahan Dotson gets included in the scheme ...
Mitchell will be fine his play will speak for itself... How do you know he bad at it??? We're you on the field hearing it???
What is the last group of skill players that compare to this? 2001 rams?
Nolan smith is a flop. Letting reddick go for a 2026 second round pick was a huge mistake
the eagles looked both excellent and terrible on friday. jalen still looked skittish like last year, hope that changes.
The defence saved Hurts' ass in that 1st quarter! If they didnt get those 2 early stops there was zero chance of the offence being able to bring it back!
What seems a little sketchy to me is the DC. That scheme was getting Torched.🔥
FLY EAGLES FLY--- GO BIRDS
i went for a multi bet 2days ago; the ONLY one i didnt hit was Dotson breaking 15yds
i figured hed prob get 2-3 catches and like 40yds going against the S but knew being so new he might have a limited route tree but he wasnt even targetted ughhhh (did he even dress?)
3 turnovers and a win over a team people literally have in the NFC championship or super bowl and we won without our starters playing pre season. I like our prospects.....
I’m just worried about are defense and horrible turnovers
GO EAGLES
Calling these players "that guy" is a little disrespectful. Other than that, great video.
Pretty good breakdown 👌🏽
You know what’s scary. Hurts played so bad and we still scored over 30
Most every team is going to get better as the season progresses. The Packers included and if they play again, Pack will probably beat them. Not saying Philly won't win the Super Bowl, but it's only game One of a LONG season.
Here’s the prob. U have a top 5 TE and now legitimately 3 MVP candidates to worry about 2 WR and RB. Oh and beat Oline. So yea big problem
I thought Baun had 15 tackles
He had 12 solo and 2 sacks... Assisted on a few giving him 15
Getting and getting a sack it two different things
sorry defense has way too much to do
Thank you for the breakdown!!
This team looked like the same team as last year
Avonte Maddox gets beat too often in coverage to be allowed on the field. He is not good
Martin Jessica Martinez Jose Garcia Robert
Pass rush was great?!? lol. 😂😂😂. Ends did zero. No pressure most of the game. What were you watching?
Eagles need a better QB and they would dominate. Hurts is a bad decision maker that turns the ball over too much, it will wind up costing them come playoff time.
Huff and Smith were invisible and Maddox coughed up cstches and yards. Ojomo played well and pressured Love.
Devin White ain't playin bro got bumped down to like 3rd string
He was scheduled to start Friday until he was out due to injury. He's playing
I count this as one down, but this was the game, but we could see where mistakes were made and can be corrected. From here on out if they just keep things moving forward, we’re looking at a Super Bowl!
4:10 nope, detroit has the best duo in St. Brown and Williams unless you include TE then laporta is in there too.
Eagles secondary has been shitty for quite a few years.
Anybody got Dawk's phone number? Might as well call Eric Allen as well..........
Go BIRDS
Jalen Hurts is making the same bad decisions he did as a rookie. He insists on going rogue and playing his way, which is the wrong way. Should have had 4 interceptions on Friday night. He's a lower tier NFL QB and now that he's slow and plodding as a runner he's a mediocrity on his best day.
Its hurts errant throws that scare me. He doesnt seem to see the field well. Thows low when there is underneath coverage, and constantly throws into double and triple coverage. Just bad decisions. Reminds me of last year.
His decisions weren't "bad" they were just late. I don't know if he's just not processing fast enough or playing scared but everything was just late. He missed a lot of open guys dropping his eyes too. Just didn't seem comfortable. Hopefully it slows down and he sees it a little better
@@rdougherty137throwing to a receiver who is around 3 or 4 opposing players is actually pretty bad
I bleed green 💚 (have since I could talk) but sadly, I agree. During this game we saw too much of Hurts version from late last season 🙄 A bit worrisome...
It’s called rust with a new looking line, he’ll be just fine
@@marcmetelus4454 so was all of last season rust as well?
Taylor Carol Gonzalez Charles Jackson Eric
Allen Thomas Anderson Matthew Davis Donald
Maddox is cooked took the wrong angle on TD run & got beat in the slot for a TD he’s not the same player
Martin Mark Hernandez Shirley Jackson Steven
Mia Parks
Martinez Sandra Williams Sarah Moore Anthony
White Ronald Martinez Sarah Williams Lisa
And cj garner got cook he was on skate stop lying to the people eagles fan wake up bro we gave up 163 yard rushing what game was you watching im just happy Vic fangio controlling that defense give it 8 weeks but this dude bugging good game bro hurts threw 4 picks good game where do that against mahome
they drug tested Baun after the game for sure 😂
Hall Barbara Clark Scott Allen Timothy
Walker James Thompson Cynthia Thompson Kimberly
Yeah the nfl hates when players hurt nfl star qbs.....😂😂😂
Miller Donald Wilson Kimberly Garcia Charles
Let's watch how things are when they're playing in the States. They're not all they're cracked up to be. With or without Barkley.
Bro you don’t know football you said slay played ok bro they threw to him 1 time goofy plus they threw for 400 yard eagles need work no pressure and dt was tire by 2nd half huff on a milk carton and white is not starting dean is white will never suit up for eagles
Johnson Dorothy Hernandez Nancy Thomas Michelle
Stoll, lol
We got lucky last game…Hurts needs to be better and our defense needs to lock in. Packers offense was giving our defense a hard time and they aren’t even that good
Not this BS again 😂😂😂
🦅🇧🇷
Avonte Maddox is terrible
He’s coming off of injury stfu
I agree dejean needs to be on the field
Packers never found their footing on that field.
Refs didn't know jack shit of what they were calling.
Especially at the end there against the Packers for that holding call.
And I'm pretty sure they don't care about player safety if they are allowing teams to play on Fields that aren't meant for American football.
And nasty unnecessary roughness on QBs especially on that drive with the Packers where Love got injured.
The eagles should have gotten called out for that and the Packers probably would have had a better chance of winning. But obviously not after that injury most likely.
Keep crying 😂😭 bro.. nasty roughness??? This is football dude... Ain't 2 hand touch... We get it you're mad cause your QB got hurt.. Happens every week
This reminds me of last year! Same scenario.... good run game, games came down to the very end and words end of year full apart...LETS PUMP BRAKES....SIRIANNI STILL THE COACH! HES GOT TO GO BEFORE THERES CHANGE
I liked his role in game one. He was on point. Called an important timeout with lightning precision. Managed the time at the end of game perfectly.
one of those fans who will never be happy, go cheer for dallas we dont need you.
