His pasta is sitting on the ground. Cooked pasta is like a sponge. I can imagine it soaking up who knows what from the ground. It cost nothing to be a hygienic. Just place pasta on a stool or even a box.

Until now I was pretty convinced that nowdays no one uses dalda anymore. It's so unhealthy!
The pasta might be very tasty but you have to also consider your health first.
I mean, Dalda, I cannot believe my eyes! There are so many options other than using dalda like use butter, or refined oil(It's also not healthy but so much better option than dalda), use mustard oil or any other oil.
Cmon the pasta is made of refined flour . How just changing the oil will make it healthy . And its cheap street food , you cant expect real butter and olive oil here . If you conscious about your health then just go to a good restaurant or cook at home by yourself . If these street vendors started using quality Ingredients then prices will be more than double , they just want a greater profit margin so they use cheapest possible items . They don't care about our health so better not to fight with them

@@xenonspeaks7018 refined flour is still much better, than using oxidised snot-like cheap oil but I agree they are street vendors so it shouldn't be big of a surprise either way

I'm not saying that the person should not cook and sell such foods cause it is their livelihood , but really the oil they put into it is worrisome. And I don't tolerate too much fat. Stomach upset , uneasiness etc. just makes you feel not that great.
