Anybody plz help me m bhot preshan and confused hogyi hu I don't know what is happening with me...I have been living in a room with no one for 1.5 years and now. Cllg is going to end and I started preparing for ssc cgl
Don't know just stuck ki kyaa mko yahi rhke pdhna chahiye yaa apne ghr I don't know sometimes it becomes very difficult to survive in a single room ...but yes there are no distractions but yes there is no peace too
But at home there are some distractions but yes mental peace I don't know what to do everyone is busy in their preparation and I am stuck ki kyaa kru I am so so anxious feeling merese kuch nhi hogaaa

I think you should go to your home atleast for few months of preparation...if you feel that there's lot of distractions at your home...then you can join some nearby library...but staying alone in a room feeling anxious and no peace will ultimately make you more depressed.
So I think best is to move to your home and parallerly you may think about joining library to avoid daily distractions. Update here sister 🤘
