I see also that the stream running into Pelichet Bay is called Opoho Stream, but when I was a lad, we'd play in the bush there and it was called Black's Bush and I recall the stream was known as Blacks Creek. We used to catch lobsters there and boil them up in old baked bean tins for our lunch.
