Chance, Thank you sooo much for coming to my city of Boaz and state Alabama to show one of the Kabco homes. I enjoy watching you show the homes. I love your great sense of humor. Don't let anyone put you down for that because God gave you that gift. I've listened to others who showed manufactured homes with no sense of humor and it was boring!!! Keep up the great work!!! I love the house but at my age, I'm stuck with the house I have. Plus, it's almost paid off!!! May God bless you and your family!!!😊 Kay
I reallylike this obe. You've spoiled meshowing theshowers with glass. I was fighting with my shower curtain in my walk in shower this morning and i have decided if I ever get to remodel I WILL have a shower like this one!! 😂
Love your videos! Just wanted to say I can't believe they are still using that Whirlpool refrigerator. We purchased our manufactured home brand new in 2018 and it came with that fridge. I was actually happy when it died a few weeks ago because I hated it lol. The way the ice and water dispenser is set up is so annoying! Everyone would hit the water lever when trying to get ice because of it being right in front of the ice lever, then water would get everywhere. We now have a Frigidaire model with the levers side by side that is so much better. Keep up the good work you're doing with tours of these wonderful homes! Our's is an Eagle River made in Leola, Lancaster County Pennsylvania where we live. If you ever want to come visit "Amish Country" maybe you could check them out!
This whas a amazing showing chance i love this floorplan thank you for showing us this amazing home Love the kitchen love the living room love the fire place I love everything about this home Thank you for showing Take care And God bless Best regards Anja
Nice kitchen but needs more than 3 drawers. Pretty big walk-in closet in the 2nd guest bedroom. 😮 I would need a darker color for the cabinets. Beautiful master bath, it has everything!
Just beautiful home love everything inside love kitchen layout awesome love pouch needs be little bit bigger everything Else looks awesome thank you sharing God bless everyone ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ great job chance 😊
Price range is good. Saw a comment abt the kitchen only having 3 drawers. Definitely not enough. I personally don’t want double sinks in the bathroom. I do like the lil sitting spot. Great place to get ready. One thing I dislike is the cheap bathroom mirrors. Just put a frame around it or just leave it bare I’ll thrift or buy one for Ross. But otherwise love this one. Oh. Didn’t see a pantry or linen closet.
Only 3 drawers in the kitchen??? That kitchen is big enough to have substituted a bottom cabinet for drawers. I remember this house. Just needs more drawers in the kitchen. I do like those big closets.
Mobil home, prefab home, aren't they different? Also, thank you for what you do in showing the homes. You are appreciated. I am waiting for you to show some California style homes. Thanks
The house was OK The master bathroom was really nice I just don't like the closet in the bathroom. And I thought there should have been more drawers in the kitchen.
I feel really dumb asking this, but I have followed these videos for a while, and I'm just wondering why there is no door on those types of showers, like the one in the master bath? I would be worried of water over the years spraying out and eventually damaging the floors? If anyone can tell me, is this the new norm? Thank you.
I would change the appliances to stainless. How come we never see a jetted tub in master bathrooms? I would change the facets in bathrooms with a more updated style. Any doors with windows are a deal breaker for me. Solid doors only. No window in laundry room, but there's that door again. I would buy this home if that could change to what I want. What I really love is the lid, it pops.😊
I like this one for the most part. However, the master bath…. That water closet is a no, a BIG NO. I’m a claustrophobic large short lady and I would not be able to walk into that tiny room. Are there other options or can I redesign the bathroom myself? Also, can the doorways in the entire home be switched to wheelchair accessible? I have health problems that sometimes make walking difficult and my husband is in his 60s dealing with the effects of previous radiation treatment and now chemo for prostate cancer that returned. He gets weak some days and needs support too. Soooo, I’m thinking about people buying this as their forever home to find later in life that they need walking support but cannot get into their rooms; especially the bathrooms. My aunt just went through that about 5 years ago. She’s 85 now and just moved into assisted living. She had to get a walk-in tub shower combo when she moved into her new home 5 years ago. That tiny bedroom near the kitchen would end up being a craft, office, or playroom. Maybe a short bunk bed would fit but it’s not big enough for much. Lose the closet for more space and add a dresser if it’s used as a bedroom. I would use it as a craft room and put a shop outside for my husband’s man cave. The guest bath is great though. I wouldn’t change much. Just add tile above the shower walls. I know children love to play in water and have experienced walking into the bathroom to find water from the floor to the ceiling 🫣. Probably do tile floors in both bedrooms. I really love that kitchen but I would like the cabinets to go to the ceiling so I had more storage space and less high places to clean. With that much storage in the kitchen, the cabinets around the fridge would be my pantry and the little corner space wouldn’t be as much once the doorway is widened so I would probably hang a plant 🪴 from the ceiling and possibly put some corner shelves for more plants. Plants help clean and filter the air making for less allergies 🤧. I’m not sure how to utilize that living as a living room space with TV and all things entertainment and why is the front door hidden in an alcove? Lastly, carpet. I believe carpet was one of man’s worst inventions. Dirt, dust, tiny bugs and allergens crawl into and up under it then there’s no vacuum ever created that can get it all out. Plus, the cleaning solutions end up under it too. Throw rugs are a nice replacement; especially the washable ones and they can be changed out whenever you want. After all that, I still like this layout.
So on the upper cabinets on both sides of sink they installed wrong they are supposed to be left right sink left right. Not 2 lefts on one side and sink then 2 rights. The Doors on cabinets totally messed up.
No drawers- not enough in the kitchen. That stove! They were to cheap to upgrade it to a flat top electric stove? That kitchen looks nice but it’s really not going to work.
I don't particularly care for the layout of this house; I don't like the bedrooms that close to the livingroom; I grew up in a home with the bedrooms close to the kitchen and livinroom always got woke up from the noise from those two areas.
Everything is wonderful about this house except the water closet. I’d never buy a house with the toilet in a tiny skinny , closed off corner of the bathroom. It’s not a home that one could age in due to the toilet placement.
Fire place is not built in, it is just hanging there. Front porch is too narrow. French doors NOT only one side opens. Wood back splash, wood counter tops, wood floor. No,no,no. Over use of wood in kitchen. Wire shelving .
I like that the master bedroom is not directly off the living room.
I like the kicken set up

The french doors is awesome back pouch love video ❤❤❤
I watch a lot of these videos. This is my favorite. It's perfect as it is. I love it.
I love the porch and color of the outside. The living room is big! This a beautiful home, I wished it had a den.❤❤❤

I love the Kabco homes. I am looking to purchase a mobile home and they are definitely in the running. 😊
I can see why it's so popular, it's beautiful ❤️
I need to tell you that I love love this house!!
Beautiful home. I love the countertops and backsplash.
Good price
Love but I would change the wire racks and the countertop in the kitchen and the tile in the master bedroom shower
Loved this home. No sq footage in rooms
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. It has that rustic feel to it. I love the built-ins and the master bathroom.
I like the shower & bath in the same area
Very nice home thanks.
Nice kitchen but needs more than 3 drawers. Pretty big walk-in closet in the 2nd guest bedroom. 😮 I would need a darker color for the cabinets. Beautiful master bath, it has everything!
Wish a 4 or 5 bedrooms really need that ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤

This going to be my home Mayfield
I really like this one!
Thank you for sharing Chance! Wonderful layout!
I've seen a same but different version of this with stone wood fireplace and more of a rustic western look, this is way nicer 👌

I like it
❤❤❤❤ it grate job .
In the kitchen drawers I would need pullouts.
Excellent layout. Need a Horizontal pitch roof though in MAINE
Love it 😍, I’m in Arkansas
Closest door in bedroom pocket door then u have more room for shelves on that side! It's nice other then that!
Nice home, but I definitely would need more drawers in the kitchen.
Only 3 drawers in the kitchen??? That kitchen is big enough to have substituted a bottom cabinet for drawers. I remember this house. Just needs more drawers in the kitchen. I do like those big closets.
😂
Great catch on the 3 drawers! Tile backslash looks dirty. It ruins the clean defined look
Mobil home, prefab home, aren't they different? Also, thank you for what you do in showing the homes. You are appreciated. I am waiting for you to show some California style homes. Thanks
Gotta have more windows in my LR, DR but kitchen looks good for windows.
I really do like this one. thanks.
Cute.in.side.verynice😂❤
It’s beautiful, but why did they. scrimp with the wire shelves
The house was OK The master bathroom was really nice I just don't like the closet in the bathroom. And I thought there should have been more drawers in the kitchen.

I don’t think they have doors on purpose, for the style. But I’m like you, I hate showers like that. I would get water everywhere lol
@@Johnnabryante oh ok. Thank you. Yeah I would definitely want a door. Lol
I agree, I would need a door on the shower.
I think the shower is big enough that the water won't splash out at the end where you enter
I also feel like I would freeze from gusts of air coming in lol
Beautiful home but not a walk in closet off the bathroom might have some moist issues.
I would like to have Flooring to Flooring all the way the
House 🏠🏡 even the.bedroom
Sorry, I meant to say modular, mobile, and prefabricated homes.
👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
It’s a shame the cabinet doors aren’t soft closing in the kitchen and laundry but yet are in the master bath
???? But why are the french doors installed wrong? I'm so confused
Only 3 drawers. That’s a game changer for me. Why don’t they have more drawers in these homes? 😒😩
Built-in fireplace, lol

I don't like those wire like for hanging clothes up. I'd rather have a wood hanger place and a wooden shelf.
Does need real fireplace in living room. Never fan of carpet. Needs more kitchen drawers for sure.
😅😅😮😮😂😂
Obvious where the price is kept down. Closets are not sheet rock.
It is a toilet room, toilet in a room !!!
No drawers- not enough in the kitchen. That stove! They were to cheap to upgrade it to a flat top electric stove? That kitchen looks nice but it’s really not going to work.
