Do you agree with these reasons that hiring x-Ref John Parry was a solid move for the 2024 Buffalo Bills?! #GoBills

"With McDermott only being in his 8th season, he's still newer with a lot to learn" 😂... Eight seasons ain't enough??? How many coaches even get 8 years!?

To be fair, you shoulda seen this team before McD and Brandon Beane were brought in, lol. Not a pretty situation.
I give the gents a fair amount of credit for turning that flaming garbage heap into a legitimate dynasty in just a few short years, ....just saying. 🤣
The years in between Jim Kelly and Josh Allen were, uhhh...brutal, to be honest. 💩💩🔥🔥💩💩🫣🫣🤷💩💩🚽🪠🪠

@@seanguitarman5594it ain’t a dynasty but they definitely shifted the culture and it would be a huge mistake to get rid of mcdermott

He can and should help a lot during games. I can also see him helping a lot during practice if they use him that setting. He could go over the nuances of what is the penalty and what isn’t to help clean up our players technique so they don’t commit as many penalties.

I wonder if he would have helped them use up those 13 seconds?

Do all teams do this or is it just the bills because of 13 seconds

You know, people keep saying that, but short of nitpicking some of his poor decisions, they never bring up a logical emotionless argument as to why McD is such a bad coach for the team. Or even how moving on from him would guarantee an improvement on a coach who's dominated his division for the better part of his tenure. I'm still waiting to hear the reasons.
I'm willing to bet many of these naysayers have not looked at his coaching record in which he's set multiple franchise coaching records. And "hasn't won a SB yet" just doesn't cut it for me, ...there are 31 other ultra-competitive clubs in what many consider the most competitive sport in the world.
What kind of fans insist on firing a coach that guarantees your team a playoff run every single year? Look around the NFL a bit, before you start complaining so much, and realize just how lucky we have really been here in Buffalo. You may disagree, but I'm still waiting for the logical end of that argument...

@seanguitarman5594 First and foremost, no superbowl. If no superbowl is your goal, anyone can do that job. I just think he has reached his ceiling in Buffalo. Its time for change while we still have Josh Allen in his prime. I like McDermott I just dont see it working out if the team struggles this year. There arent any other people to fire. The OC and DC have been fired/left multiple times. Its just a matter of whos next if the team struggles. If they win the Superbowl the mans goated until then hes just another coach trying to win the bowl.

@@C-G585 I can understand the Bowl conversation, but let's not pretend that even getting to a SB is remotely easy. The Buffalo Bills under Sean McDermott the last four years have gone: Conference Round, then Divisional, Divisional, and Divisional round. That's only 1 and 2 steps removed from a trophy. I'd argue he at least has the team on the right track...
