    Why can't OCs or DCs just remain coordinators? It's kinda weird how everyone assumes they will be amazing head coaches. As a Bucs fan I'd like to give the OC a pay raise and keep him a Buc. Relax with the head coach hype it's annoying.

      An nfl hc job is the top of the football coaching career ladder. An oc would be stupid to refuse a hc offer. Teams are going to need hcs. Ocs or dcs that have proven to have the best schemes will be the top candidates. Liam coen will get interviews and likely offers. It would be catastrophic for the BUCS to loose Liam. If it comes down to it I hope the BUCS retain him no matter what even if the only way to do that is give him bowles job.

      We all know that problem is coaches do that most likely go to a bummy team lose and end up being a coordinator all over again I understand every one wants the promotion but the job does matter where it is at and everything shouldn't be rushed sometimes ex ben Johnson stayed there will always be coaching vacancies

      @@ryansutton9486Agreed. I'd rather risk losing Bowles schemes (which we really don't have the line for) to keep stability with our offense that FINALLY has a great run game

      Liam cohen would be smart to stay firm and wait till Bowles leave and take control of a team he knows

    What Rex talking about baker loves throwing the deep ball. Look at his time with the browns he was always going deep

    • @drittzz9245
      @drittzz9245 2 дня назад +2

      People took him not throwing it when Mike and Chris were both down and he didn't have chemistry with any of the WRs for him not being able to throw it. Pretty silly imo

      @@drittzz9245 Nah, Baker's deep ball accuracy has been below average in Tampa. When he targets Mike Evans it's 49% when he targets everyone else it's 30%. His arm is strong but his ball placement is not consistent on throws more than 12 yards down the field.

      Whole lotta Browns fans regretting turning on this dude when he tried playing thru an injury a few years back.🏈

      As a Brown, Baker had 11% passes past the 15yds, 29th overall in the league. Where do you get the "was always going deep" from?

      @@TA-uw5boagree as great as baker has been, the deep ball is not consistently there; even with just the eye test

    Rex is an idiot. Baker has always been a deep ball passer.

      Well his deep ball has been wildy inconsistent in Tampa

      “The head coach at Carolina” his name is Dave canales. Dude doesn’t even know ball

      He’s always had a cannon (especially for his size) but last year for whatever reason he started off the year overthrowing his receivers then ended the year overcompensating and underthrowing them. He had an absolutely gorgeous Hail Mary standing on his own 40 that landed two feet away from Godwin in the dirt that if Godwin just turns around and locates it they beat the Bills and both he and Baker get a legacy moment. But this year he and the receivers seem to be more on the same page and he’s able to utilize that big arm more.

      I will take that bet. He is at 749 of 1000. 251 yards left with 3 games. Which If we round up that means he has to get 84 yds a game. He will get it this year and tie Jerry Rice for most consecutive 1000 yd seasons
