I was wondering why the pen pressure wouldn't work, but literally just adjusting the pressure bit to be a curve instead of a straight line fixed it! And tapering the pen tip also helped, thank you!

thank you so much!!! i bought a super cheap drawing tablet on amazon to get back into making art. in the driver test scratchpad the sensitivity was working great, but wasn't in any programs! i followed step 1-4 and it now works in Krita! you're the best

I fixed it a few days ago and then opened kita and i wasn't working, so I'm trting this now, a few days ago it was just my pen settings on the tablet diver ( probably bcause I had just installed the new version so it was on default). This time I am sure it is kita because pen sensitivty works on fire alpaca. After using only the parameters step it worked again thanks
update j'utilise xppen et le driver de la tablette fonctionne bien mais ça ne fonctionne plus sur krita... si le problème était juste sur la pression du stylet (je veux principalement utiliser l'opacité) ça ne poserait pas problème. mais toute ligne courbe que j'essaie de faire n'est pas réellement courbe et fait plutôt des lignes droites avec des angles...

Sometimes all you have to do is close and open Krita because Krita sometimes opens wrong.
