Regret to buy Molek Regency, a lot of defects.... Kitchen cabinets are smelly and not in good condition. One of the cooker hood (studio) is not working and the one light bulb damaged. There are still a lot of defects as per attached. Air-conditions gas pipe linking and Water Heaters were no electric... Residents above keep throwing cigarette butts.
