Awesome peanut sauce salad! Vegetable salad recipe with nut dressing.
In this video you will find a recipe for a salad with peanut sauce. This sauce is also great for Spring rolls.
Ingredients:
I take a mix of arugula, spinach and lettuce - 50 - 70 gr.
Cucumber 1 medium, applied 150 gr.
Avocado 1 pc.
Refueling:
Nut butter or finely ground nuts (peanuts or cashews) - 50 gr. (This is 1 tablespoon of pasta with a slide)
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp (4-5 gr.)
Lime juice 2 tsp
Cayenne pepper to taste. I take less than 1/8 tsp.
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Water from 2 to 4 tbsp. - depending on the desired thickness of the sauce.
