1. Should i only write exam again or should i submit assignments also once again?

You only need to give exam,no need to submit assignment again

Sir ,My grade card was completed more than a month ago. I was eagerly waiting for my marksheet and provisional certificate as I had to apply for my PhD admission. Recently I got to know from the post office that my grade card has been returned as it was sent to the old address. Sir I had applied to update my address and it was changed successfully inspite of that my documents were sent to the old address. but the returned grade card status has not been updated and the status of documents is not visible.
Sir my academic career is at stake since the date of PhD admission is about to pass.
I have in the past wrote many emails but received no response. Could you please guide me..would be grateful for your assistance.

Sir, mera results aa chuka and main saare subjects mein pass hun. But Grade Card mein ek subject, not completed dikha rha hay. Jab ki ussi subject ka results mein pass hay aur assignment bhi cleared hay.

@@TIPSGURUEDUCATION Parr wohi tto nhi ho rha hay. Grade card is the same since Aug 14, Theory ka results mein mark dikh rha hay but woh Grade card mein nhi hay.

Recently I made an enquiry about this to the ignou officials and they informed me that because of lockdown pass certificates of students are being delayed. Don't worry it will reach you soon.
