Good tutorial unfortunaly with the new update they changed his for bleed damage increase to A5. Wich sucks cause I have him only A3.

Kindly explained the bleed skill of kang, does it based on his HP or the HP of the enemy ? If it's an enemy then that debuff is godlike effect..
