It’s the same here as far as cost in USA. It’s worth it! Your body is your housing container. Take good care of it. You have to live in it 24/7. Keep it healthy. Not a big price to pay when you think about it that way !!!!
She was lucky to to meet alan at an early age..most of us left college and had to go to work and didnt meet someone at work ..so had to find mr right after work...

The problem is, to get the treatment for hormone replacement therapy is very expensive. Just to see a specialist in Toronto, Canada is $1000/year...not covered by any insurance plan. Then of course is the cost of the HRT itself.

What I don't get is her book about her horrid life with alcohol. I read it many years back. And now in every live she does she is drinking alcohol. So sad.

I had to have a hysterectomy in July doctor said I'd be fine because I'm post menopause, I think I'm having hot flashes again! Ugh
You two keep talking about how cold it is. This is July 2021 and it is 100 degrees in oregon. I think i would rather be in cold weather.

I started reading your books and taking bio identical hormones 17 years ago. It is expensive and I live in an area that does not have doctors like you talk about in your books.
Many things you talk about make every bit of sense in the world. However, you do more, as I have heard you say once in a great while, that you use HGH injections. That is the trump card along with the other things you do I feel.. People in the middle class can not afford all you recommend and do not have access to the doctors who could help. Can you comment on your HGH benefits vs estrogen/progesterone/testosterone?

Love you both but you really need to update the camera you use for your podcasts - it's 2020!!! It will make a night and day difference in the quality of the video for your viewers.
Then it would show how old they really look, and they don't want you to really see that. Anyone can look better in darker lighting & a filtered lense. They can afford an updated camera easily.
@@avamartinez8586 They are both pros and know how to look good in front of a camera. I think a case of not being unaware of what other RUclipsrs use and how good the inexpensive gear today is. I personally find it hard to watch video this low in resolution, and think increasing the video quality would definitely increase the audience numbers.

Suzanne, suggestion you may want to go on the road . Oprah has done this successfully, she made it fun to to learn about life( your best life tour). Hi Suzanne & Alan, we all love you. I just had labs done recently for my bioidentical blood work and then getting pellet done. I know your against pellet but I truly believe what others say that when you need it the hormones will be there and you feel so much better. I also, am getting your books at my library to read about Twos Company and your latest book, a new way to Age. Should have both books next book to read. I pray I will feel much better using my bioidentical hormones. Thank you for advising all of us of how they are helping you.
