In the 4th frame, when internal hinge is connected to 3 members, how is it still 1 for each? Shouldn't it be 2 for each so that final answer is 3x8-12+4 = 16.

thank you for explaining by taking number of examples. when its a continuous beam in problem 3 at mid support why should we consider 2 Dk? when only the displacement is happening at only C. but in middle support it shall be prevented by right support.
why internal hinge will have 4 Dk? when it has free to rotate and translation in two direction... because it considered as plane not the space.
