Growing up in a broken family, with lots of sorrowful feelings and traumas, I think it makes me "breath" harder than other kids who are just still kids. And you know what, I don't need a guy to break my heart cuz' it broken already.
I also had a curse to mine, I will not love any guys and never get married, cuz' it's so stupid and waste times, I think I'm not deserve happiness...
Then first time after many years, I had a guy come up, and what can I say, I loved him...even I knew at first, this won't last. I knew he wasn't a good enough guy but something made me can't get out. I started runaway from his love and then, at last, I tried to find it again, but his heart changed, he started acting like "other ones", looked at me with that" other eyes", I guess I knew the answer.

Had a rough childhood, witnessing my parents’ toxic marriage from an early age, witnessing them cheating on each other and later separating, seeing similar horrible patterns in my siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents etc. and their relationships… Not to mention some crappy relationships I’d had… In my teen years, I’d pretty much given up on love and accepted that I’d be better off alone. Then just before graduating high school, I met my current partner. Seven years later as of today, we are now engaged. I still struggle to believe he’s a real person sometimes. I know romance isn’t everything and you can live a happy live without a partner (some people are much happier that way and that’s perfectly okay!), but I’m honestly thrilled to have him in my life. He taught me that there really are people in the world that I can truly trust. Every time I hear this song, I immediately think of him-my only exception ❤️

This is literally the story of my life. I saw my father abuse my mom physically and emotionally when I was young. After that, he did it to me as well. I became distant to men, but I know in my heart that I love women. 4 years ago I met this girl. My only exception. She isn't my girlfriend yet but she is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. She is fighting with me through my worst trauma(abuse) that happened 3 weeks ago.
