When DJ told Kimmy that her mom died because of a drunk driver, Kimmy looked like she just got smacked in the face. It was why Jesse was so hard on DJ when he thought she was drinking.

I love how this show tackles real life scenarios. I know it’s all staged but this could easily be a reality show. Just usually the “ Bad Guy” doesn’t really realize they were wrong.

DJ matured very well as the series progressed. She started making wiser decisions and start looking out for the people she cared most about. She was definitely my favorite Tanner daughter by the end of the show.

It’s one of the things that comes with being the eldest. I’m the oldest of five and becoming older means making smarter decisions. My siblings even say I’m the favorite of the family even though I never saw it that way. I get along so well with my parents because I learned from my mistakes and also started taking my Catholic beliefs more seriously.

I must be very honest with you, I've been watching Full House for a lot of years, and lately, I've been watching many episodes, and one thing that's been stuck in my mind whenever I see Kimmy is to hope in vain that everyone could be nice to her and smile when she tells jokes or teases someone, because on the inside, I can really tell that Kimmy feels hurt and unwanted by those who don't think much of her, but if I was part of that household, I kid you not, I would smile at her and hug her every time when I see her, because I know that all she wants is to cheer people up, and I appreciate that, so I like Kimmy a lot. My other point is, I've been watching many episodes of Full House lately, and along with it, I had several dreams about the different characters, and I actually talked to Kimmy in person when she was about this age right here, 16 or 17, and she did something pretty funny, actually. At a party gathering in a house, I was going to have a bowl of soup, and to play around with me, Kimmy had a smirk on her face as she ate up the bowl of soup before I did, but when everyone blamed Kimmy for deliberately eating my soup, she ran out of the house, and I felt very worried about how sad she felt when she was blamed, so I ran out of the house after her in concern, and I saw that one of the girls was talking to Kimmy, then I saw that Kimmy was crying out of shame and hurt from getting blamed over everything, and immediately, I said, "Kimmy!", then I walked up to her, and she scowled at me while saying, "What do you want? You hurt my feelings! Letting everyone put me to blame!" And I said, "Kimmy, I am very sorry. I didn't mean for that to happen. I thought what you did was very funny, I really do." Then, after that, I stepped close to her a few times as an attempt to hug her, but she stepped back each time when I approached her. I then saw DJ smiling at me for wanting to be nice and hug Kimmy, but I unfortunately didn't get a hug, because the dream ended right there. My point is, I do take my feelings personally about wishing that Kimmy could be accepted and appreciated as a friend, and it would be nice if I could just see her as a teenager and give her a hug in real life.

As much as I liked this episode, I find it a shock that the show never explained exactly how DJ’s mom died, especially since this was the last season. Even more shocking was that she finally revealed this to Kimmy, her very best friend. Maybe it’s just my opinion, but I find it strange that DJ wouldn’t have told Kimmy until this moment when they’re becoming young adults. 🤷‍♀️

I wish that I or Michelle Tanner would've be at DJ and Kimmy's Party because Me and Michelle would help DJ stop Kimmy for not being silly and not getting drunked. DJ would be happy if Me or Michelle Tanner would've been helpful to her friend Kimmy. DJ always cares about other people like her friends and like Me and Michelle Tanner. I wish DJ and Michelle were still at the same age at Season 8 because they can be friends with me and go to the parties with them.
