I thought it was Bob Marleys last concert until I started watching I said to myself he was putting on wait I saw Ziggy Marley the I three's bunny wailer and James brown one world music fest Aspen Colorado driving back from the unity of the drum's. Went there after the dead tour 94 instead of wood stock at Aspen for the one world music fest there was a double rainbow Bob looking down at us crying one love This is true true to me true now too you one love peace love and light We would not have had so much love with out this mediator towards the heavens and God . To commemorate his final concert, members of the Marley clan will perform "Live Forever: A Bob Marley Celebration" tonight, the 30th anniversary of the concert, at the Benedum (formerly the Stanley). It was organized by Ed Traversari of the former DiCesare-Engler Productions. Proceeds will go to the new Marley family charity One Love Foundation, and the concert also coincides with the introduction of a new line of Marley beverages. Performing the exact set that the late reggae singer played will be his sons Stephen (38), Julian (35) and Damian (32), daughter Cedella (43), wife Rita and her former I-3's partner Marcia Griffiths. Stephen and Cedella are Rita Marley's biological children. Damian is the only Marley child born to Cindy Breakspeare (Miss World 1976), and Julian is the son of Lucy Pounder. Notable Marleys not on the bill are Ky-Mani, who recently wrote a controversial autobiography about his relationship to the family, and Ziggy, Mrs. Marley's oldest son (at 41) and the most successful of the Marley offspring. In an interview on Monday, however, Mrs. Marley said she thought he would be there. She had just flown into the country from Ghana, where she runs a charity, for rehearsals in Miami. "I wouldn't do anything else," she said. "While this is happening and I'm alive, I would have to be there. For a long while now, we've said we should do this, not only for the memory, but for history. It's a part of history." The sons have performed tributes to their father many times before, she said, including one at the House of Blues in Atlantic City last October. This one, she said, has special significance. She was one of the I-3's at the show 30 years ago and knows that returning to the theater will be emotional.
